Thanks so much for the detailed review. I especially appreciate the close-up swatches. Mineralscapes was my introduction to Byredo,, and I've been using that palette so much that I'm ready to try some warmer shades from the brand. Very flattering on your dark eyes!
I really love the various Byredo formulas - they’re more elegant to work with than the high pigment formulas the US market seems to prefer. They’re more about texture and effect, more of a grown up, Madison Avenue kind of feel but definitely not boring in any way. The Dysco 5-pan is an amazing formula in particular it feels very cream to powder.
I get that. I really want to try more of these. I don’t understand how so many equate pigment to good ignoring blendability and the other variables that make how a formula.
Thank you for going over this palette. I do have the Remembrance palette. I did end up buying Mineralscapes. I found myself succumbing to cooler palettes. I am surprised at how much I’ve been exploring them.
I’ve absolutely been loving using this palette, and it’s scratching the itch I had for Remembrance, which I passed on! I do find it strange your compact doesn’t have a sticker on the back, mine does with all the shade names listed - production mistake perhaps?
I'm always surprised at how beautiful I find their large pallets in videos, but pictures of them seem to flatten them out to where my eyes are like "I am looking at the same thing. It all looks the same." 😅

I feel like Mineralscapes is an approachable cool tone since it’s so earthy

Their photos do not do the products justice. I wish they had better pictures and videos to show them off.
