Haha I should show the behind the scenes of my flipping the bowl into my own face 😂 I was laying on my left shoulder with my arm straight out, with a flick of my wrist (and many takes I must say) I finally got the shot! I promise you I didn’t lie. Although if I’m honest, the Lord promises us that we are never alone!! So He was with me!!

My great grands had a farm house. I can remember my grandmother would put a mouse trap in the oven after dinner. You could hear the mice run up and down inside the walls at night. Oh, snakes in the root cellar. I’d never go down there. 😂

Kenny, you still had some nice shots of some of the mountains. Beautiful! I have made ratatouille several times. The recipe you used looked really good. I just basically take onions summer squash, zucchini, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and green pepper, let it simmer. Serve it with pasta or rice. The key might be the sauce for this dish. The last time I made it the Hubby ate it right up! I don’t remember what I did for the sauce! Lol! Thank you for the scripture! God Bless the Baum family!
I had more fun and enjoyment watching your hour-long video than most movies I could have watched. The cabin was well appointed for a remote cabin. I'd stay there most anytime of year 😊. WILEY,🤣😍 ... I laughed so hard! Loved that, great work! Would like to see you wearing a heat plate or full-on riding jacket when you ride the electric bike on those mud grooved and Gravel roads, especially riding solo. I own two Vintge Vespa Scooters and always ride in full-on riding gear. While the Vespa scooters are normally not for off road, they do great on dirt back roads and trails. Just a safety thought 👌.

I make Ratatouille every autumn when you can get fresh veg from the farm markets. Cudos to you for taking the extra time to slice on the mandolin and making it fancy!! I just rough chop the veggies, add Italian dried herbs, pour 1 can diced tomatoes (not drained) over top and roast at 400 deg until done. Easy & delicious side dish. Thank you for sharing your adventure! Always fun to see the creativity you come up with to keep us giggling.

Hi, Kenny! I was in Seattle a couple of weeks before you posted this. I'd never been on an airplane before and I'd never been west of Knoxville, Tennessee but I was determined to do it. The forest fire smoke hampered the views but did catch several gorgeous days and did it up big, going to Olympic NP, Mt. Ranier NP, down through the Yakima Desert, the Hood River Gorge and Mt. Hood, over to the Pacific Ocean and up the coast. I even took in downtown Seattle, The Space Needle and Pikes Market....didn't get to catch the fish though. Trip of a lifetime. Continued safe travels!

Perhaps you already know this...Baum Ministries. That's another name for what you do. Being in the ministry isn't just about being behind the pulpit. As you know, it's in everyday life. I'm an empty nester and haven't had any youth around for a while. I'm not quite old yet, although I am in my 50s. But I have come to realize and appreciate all that you do for the youth out there. Many of them, as well as parents turn on your videos and know they can watch them confidently due to the purity and cleanliness of them. That is extremely valuable in today's world. I came across your channel a while back and was awestruck that I actually found someone who injected God into their outdoors channel. I do see other channels like Fowler's but there are very few. You DO have a ministry Kenny. We need to continue and support all aspects of life for the next generation through the importance of God and family and you do just that. I applaud you Sir and keep on keeping on.

Kenny, this was an interesting excursion. The place looked like an old school house or church from the 1800's. I love watching you on that E Bike each time. You're like a kid in a candy store while riding that thing. It's pretty fast. With all those propane lamps that place got pretty warm. My favorite is always the cooking part of your videos, besides the beautiful scenery. Nice job on the Ratatouie. I make a mean Ratatouie but in a stew form. My Ratatouie recipe: Cut up zuchinni, asparagus, peppers, onions, tomatoes. Mushrooms, brocolli, garlic. Saute garlic and an onion in big pot with a little EVOO. Dump in the veggies. Add 2 small cans tomatoes, one can crushed tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste. Add dried basil, thyme, parsley, oregano, salt , pepper and box of vegetable stock and a little water. Cook for 40 minutes. Ba Baum! You'll never be the same again. 😆

I enjoyed the opening scenes driving to the cabin, the time lapses, the two Kennys putting up the screens, the transitions, and the outside views of the cabin at night. I can’t fathom 78 F indoors at night. It doesn’t get that hot where I live even outside in summer. I’m a bit jealous. Laughing at the trail cam on the counter. I’m guessing nothing appeared. The ratatouille looked delicious. That was a yummy Texas French toast breakfast. It was great to see Wiley again. Excited for more e-bike adventures especially in the winter. I think I like French toast better than pancakes just a little cinnamon added and it's the best breakfast, oh and yes coffee is a.must.

Kenny, you still had some nice shots of some of the mountains. Beautiful! I have made ratatouille several times. The recipe you used looked really good. I just basically take onions summer squash, zucchini, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and green pepper, let it simmer. Serve it with pasta or rice. The key might be the sauce for this dish. The last time I made it the Hubby ate it right up! I don’t remember what I did for the sauce! Lol! Thank you for the scripture! God Bless the Baum family!

I had more fun and enjoyment watching your hour-long video than most movies I could have watched. The cabin was well appointed for a remote cabin. I'd stay there most anytime of year 😊. WILEY,🤣😍 ... I laughed so hard! Loved that, great work! Would like to see you wearing a heat plate or full-on riding jacket when you ride the electric bike on those mud grooved and Gravel roads, especially riding solo. I own two Vintge Vespa Scooters and always ride in full-on riding gear. While the Vespa scooters are normally not for off road, they do great on dirt back roads and trails. Just a safety thought 👌.

I make Ratatouille every autumn when you can get fresh veg from the farm markets. Cudos to you for taking the extra time to slice on the mandolin and making it fancy!!
I just rough chop the veggies, add Italian dried herbs, pour 1 can diced tomatoes (not drained) over top and roast at 400 deg until done. Easy & delicious side dish.

I was in Seattle a couple of weeks before you posted this.
I'd never been on an airplane before and I'd never been west of Knoxville, Tennessee but I was determined to do it.
The forest fire smoke hampered the views but did catch several gorgeous days and did it up big, going to Olympic NP, Mt. Ranier NP, down through the Yakima Desert, the Hood River Gorge and Mt. Hood, over to the Pacific Ocean and up the coast.
I even took in downtown Seattle, The Space Needle and Pikes Market....didn't get to catch the fish though.
Trip of a lifetime.

Perhaps you already know this...Baum Ministries. That's another name for what you do. Being in the ministry isn't just about being behind the pulpit. As you know, it's in everyday life. I'm an empty nester and haven't had any youth around for a while. I'm not quite old yet, although I am in my 50s.
But I have come to realize and appreciate all that you do for the youth out there. Many of them, as well as parents turn on your videos and know they can watch them confidently due to the purity and cleanliness of them. That is extremely valuable in today's world. I came across your channel a while back and was awestruck that I actually found someone who injected God into their outdoors channel. I do see other channels like Fowler's but there are very few. You DO have a ministry Kenny. We need to continue and support all aspects of life for the next generation through the importance of God and family and you do just that. I applaud you Sir and keep on keeping on.

Kenny, this was an interesting excursion. The place looked like an old school house or church from the 1800's. I love watching you on that E Bike each time. You're like a kid in a candy store while riding that thing. It's pretty fast. With all those propane lamps that place got pretty warm. My favorite is always the cooking part of your videos, besides the beautiful scenery. Nice job on the Ratatouie. I make a mean Ratatouie but in a stew form. My Ratatouie recipe: Cut up zuchinni, asparagus, peppers, onions, tomatoes. Mushrooms, brocolli, garlic. Saute garlic and an onion in big pot with a little EVOO. Dump in the veggies. Add 2 small cans tomatoes, one can crushed tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste. Add dried basil, thyme, parsley, oregano, salt , pepper and box of vegetable stock and a little water. Cook for 40 minutes. Ba Baum! You'll never be the same again. 😆
