He’s trying and hoping to save himself so of course he’s gonna throw her under the bus but for her to do that to begin with is cause for termination right there and extremely unprofessional!
Secondly IMO these officers should have arrested him right then instead of going to the DA. They had MORE than enough PC to charge this guy with impersonating. The dude incriminated himself as well as Iv ever seen! But with that said kudos to the investigating officer for following up on this and not just ignoring it, that is the kind of person you do NOT want acting like he is a LEO and having a badge as you can tell this is not his first time doing that.
Lastly and most important, if you’re trying to act like the popo but your not really the popo nor have ever been the popo, please for the love of everything holy don’t say 10-4 to me and you’ve never served a day in your life, and call of duty doesn’t count. The purpose of a friends and family badge is to show officers when you get pulled over and say I'm a close friend or family member of an officer. I don't like that this exists, but it does. And obviously you would need the badge in the car to do that. He also has a CnC license (you can see it in his wallet), so the gun is reasonable too (it's Florida). And finally 10-4 is an incredibly common response in ANY job where you use a radio. What are you talking about ? The officer that wanted to make sure it wasn’t possibly a REAL officer? Did you not just watch the ENTIRE VIDEO? Like really? How ELSE do you find out if someone is IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER? You can’t impersonate an OFFICER IF YOUR A POLICE OFFICER. Did you now think thru what you said? The ONLY WAY to tell if someone was impersonating being a police officer is going and TALKING TO THEM, the same exact way they woulda find out if he actually WAS a police officer. This comment makes ZERO SENSE. And all the dummies that liked it as well obviously only like it because the only thing they UNDERSTOOD about the comment was “congratulating an officer” so they just liked the comment by default even tho they didn’t even understand what you said because what you said makes no sense. The officer did his job, exactly what he was paid to do just like EVERY SINGLE OTHER OFFICER. THATS THEIR JOB. So your congratulating and officer because he did his job? Well then why don’t you do the same for EVERY SINGLE PERSON that does their job? Police officers CHOOSE to do their job, no one forces them. But people need to congratulate them ? That makes zero sense specially officers that whine and complain they have a hard job, then quit. YOU SIGNED UP for what you do and can easily leave, so it’s obviously not as hard as the babies that whine try and act like it is because if it really was they would quit just like they did when they used to work at McDonald’s was too hard, they quit and now got a job where they ride around all day and get to be nosey and be in ALL THE ACTION. Where does any of that NOT sound like fun? Dangerous SOME TIMES, but undoubtedly FUN! And that’s why a lot stay cops.

I respect that he was honest and took responsibility for his actions, but also there's a right to not incriminate himself. If he would of said nothing there's a possibility paperwork would of been filed for charges and the attorneys office could have came back with not enough evidence to charge him. No matter what he said he didn't help himself out.

Never speak to police. It can only hurt you.

like the police or not, its a civic duty to be truthful with them. Rule of law matters. The guy may still get charged and arrested. The cop spared him the inconvenience/embarrassment of getting booked then and there

This is the best response thread on RUclips. Yeah, I respect homie for owning up to his mistake. Guilty. Talking and admitting said guilt gets you guilty. Shutting up and getting an attorney would have gotten him off. Tough right?
Be honest and take the beating or lie and get away with it without any consequences?
      Interesting indeed.
