Police Impersonation Arrest of Jefrey Scott Schultz | New Footage

- Over the last couple of years, Real World Police has made minor celebrities of a number of people. Jeremy Dewitte is probably the most well known, but there are many others - even in the police impersonation category.* Two years ago, Real World Police introduced you to Jefrey Scott Schultz (yes, one-f-Jef), who starred in 'Cringeworthy Police Impersonator Jefrey Scott Schultz' and 'Arrest of Police Impersonator Jefrey Scott Schultz.' Those videos, about 20 minutes in total, are recapped at the start of this video, for those viewers who haven't seen them.
The original Schultz arrest video is notable for its second half, which presented some of Schultz's personnel records, including a couple of citizen complaints that had been filed against him. Also shown was a one-page document revealing that Schultz had been employed by more than a half-dozen law enforcement agencies in a very short period of time, most for less than one year. He had been fired from his most recent gig with Hapeville Police Department back in 2007.
At the time we posted that video, that was most of the information we had, and as far as anyone knew, our publishing those videos put the story to bed. In reality, it didn't, and the investigation into Schultz's history continued up to the present. We have interviewed some of Schultz's former employees and have spoken with a former coworker, a former chief of police, a city council member, and a number of others who insisted on anonymity even in their title. It's time to share some of what we have learned.
At 4:06 in the Schultz arrest video, Corporal Lowe waves some papers in the air, stating "I've got your POST history right here, bro." With complete respect for Corporal Lowe, there is no way that was true.
Because we have Schultz's POST history.
And it's more than 1,300 pages long.
A significant subset of those 1,300 pages consists of citizen, coworker, management, and even elected official complaints against Jefrey. As referenced in this video, Schultz actually managed to get [seriously] investigated for impersonating a police officer while actually employed as a police officer. Not even Jeremy Dewitte can do that.
From the 1,300+ pages we selected some to share in this video. There are, of course, many more, and some of those are worth your time. For the true story of the police officer who was investigated for impersonating a police officer, stop by the Real World Police subreddit later this week.
Remarkably, there is even more to this story. Multiple certificate revocation actions and frivolous lawsuits filed by Schultz seemingly in retaliation for his terminations. At one point, he even sued Georgia POST. And guess who has a current action against his certification?
Nailed it.
Hop onboard.
Side note: Georgia law is very different from Florida in relation to police impersonation. Florida law requires that the person pretending to be an officer "...takes upon himself or herself to act as such, or to require any other person to aid or assist him or her in a matter pertaining to the duty of any such officer." That would be a hard sell for Schultz at the traffic stop.
Georgia law, on the other hand, seems clearly applicable: "A person who falsely holds himself out as a peace officer or other public officer or employee with intent to mislead another into believing that he is actually such officer commits the offense of impersonating an officer" O.G.C.A. 16-10-23.
*Dewitte may be the most well known, but he is hardly the most significant.

I loved when the officer said “you don’t have to worry about that ticket, I got a warrant for your arrest”
Hilarious, didn't miss a beat!
@@nate18268 and when he said “I even tried to tell Larry she didn’t answer and he continued working on the car” 😂😂 like bro no one cares about you getting arrested in your real life
He's a beast. I love it!
Yeah, but this whole case was thrown out because the guy is actually a cop, last I heard he was suing the cop. Either way it just goes to show what cops do for a living. I mean I'm sure there is actual crime in this city but this cop had all the time in the world to go after this guy for trying to get out of a ticket. Talk about corruption.
And you know when he tells this story to his grandkids and nieces/nephews he's gonna sound exactly the same!
What a psychopath. Imagine him as a person of power in law enforcement.
@Captain Chaos In that letter from the store owner at 19:27, I noticed it specifically mentioned he was harassing customers of Mexican descent. Guarantee he was targeting them purely due to their ethnicity, threatening to have them deported.
there are plenty of people like him working as cops
It’s exactly why he’s been either fired or given the “you can quit or we are terminating you” by 6 agencies!! Lol
@Captain Chaos lol being fired from 6 agencies with most stating he’s an instigator that fails to get along with his other officers.” Lol hard to see right? He also owns a security company which is scary. If u watch the previous video of the arrest you’ll see his unmarked police car in the driveway which is decked out in clear LED lights , a spot light , arrest cage etc. makes ya wonder how many people he’s pulled over not being a cop.
@@MZ-bl6wg I suspect there are far more police impersonators out there than people think. I know a few women who had what appeared to be undercover state troopers on interstates run their lights, then when they waited until the next exit to pull off (uncomfortable with stopping on a deserted interstate late at night), the car turned their lights off and drove off. If they were real police, I'd think they wouldn't have simply driven off. So what were they gong to do, harass, assault, or kill the person if they pulled over? It's scary, but there are probably people doing far worse things than Jeremy Dewitte with fake badges.
“I can’t tell you who I’m with.” Said no law enforcement agent ever.

That's a normal reaction of a person who is either wanted or on probation.

I just love how his alleged "fiancée" won't come to the door and his dad just keeps right on working on the car as if nothing is happening, LOL. Priceless.

He said during the car ride that it was his neighbor.

He must be such a nice person to be with
I paused and read all the documents being displayed.... this guy is a very dangerous man. He needs psych care so he does not continue to escalate his behaviour into assault or worse. That these PDs kept hiring him with his records and dangerous complaints is extremely concerning.
Hard to find people who want to be police officers. That's why they try and keep the ones they have...no matter how bad and dangerous they are. If you knew about healthcare workers, you would never go to a hospital again.
Chief Bradley did squat about his behavior for years. That chief and others is the reason the pig kept up his deranged behavior for decades!
You just KNOW something VERY scary was going on with him STALKING that poor Carol Schultz and her four and ten year old daughter. The car is really "loaded" and she was reluctant to write more in a letter . AND he disobeyed an order to write a report about a juvenile that had been sexually assaulted!? Yikes. 😢
"Never have I EVER arrested another officer... And today's no exception."
He definitely said that without saying it. Gotta burn Jeffy! Lololol
And why do they say this with pride?
EXACTLY, its fucking pathetic. That's why there are no good cops, because they dont arrest the bad ones.
I'm pretty sure the end of that sentence was going to be, "Never have I arrested another office who acted like this" because he cuts himself off and goes in on how the dudes attitude is a big red flag.
sounds to me like jefry with one f or whatever they call him had the balls to actually stand up to one tho. That is why he doesn't have a job anymore. I thought he was pretty cool tbh.

@Cipheiz True, but I'm fairly certain Jeremy Dewitte had been doing it, and getting away with it for many years prior to him going viral. I first encountered Jeremy and Metro State in person near a cemetery in Seminole County in 2018, I believe at least a year so before the internet had heard of him, and I observed him doing the same BS - beating on cars, screaming at people, running lights, acting like a cop. At the time I assumed he was an off duty cop having a terrible day and stayed away from him. Based on how Jeremy talks about "doing this for 10 years," I tend to think he actually has, and more or less got away with it because just about everyone thought he WAS a cop.

The arresting cop is a typical cop tightening the hand cuffs for revenge. He should be arrested himself just for that fact. If you have ever had hand cuffs on and they over tightened, you would know what I'm talking about. This guy’s entitlement is outstanding. He kept asking for courtesy, both at the traffic stop and when he was in cuffs. He kept insisting he was a “fellow brother” and trying to appeal to that officer’s emotions. Saying “I don’t know what happened to you that you’d do this to a fellow brother, what did I ever do to you?” The attempted manipulation is off the charts! Then seeing his work history and the abuse of power and harassment that he put so many people through… he’s disgusting!
Saying too that he was certified when he had his certification revoked.
I get that "What happened to you that you would do this to someone?" (I work in billing and they think i have any control over if their cable is shut off)
I just straight up tell them, "I don't understand your question." When they try to explain i just say "thats rather unusual. I dont see why someone had to have some sort of experience where it would influence them to do their job properly. Im sure its possible but i dont understand it."
Its really interesting to make people who try emotional manipulation think that you dont have any grasp on how emotions work, like they just shut down and have no clue where to go.
Why are you suppose to get courtesy just because your a cop, this is why they have a hard time with accountability! We don't get courtesy as civilians, im surprised nobody cared about that. If your a cop and break the law you won't get intouble you get a courtesy 😂

He is and is a know it all, for a city cop to approach the County Sheriff like that to complain about way cars are marked is insane. That is something that chief of police would need to do not some patrol officer. It stupid and also kinda shows how he thinks he is king.
I've noticed all the LEOs just absolutely can not refrain from being drug down to the offenders' level of combative argument. It's exactly where the criminals want them. Instead of hearing a 5 old throw a fit, it quickly turns into a group of 5 year olds throwing a fit.
This is just crazy. I can't believe that one officer could get so many complaints without more disciplinary action.
Lots of bad apples in policing.
I mean, it's literally the first thing said in the video. "Courtesy." Cops are extremely hesitant to ever punish other cops. You could find every example you want of this actually happening, and it would still be overshadowed by the countless times that misconduct is ignored or even encouraged. Go do some reading about the Minneapolis PD's history of such behavior.
To be fair I think he did it because he thought it would be cool, and get him out of stuff lol
@@IdiotDoomSpiral69 Encouraged is a bit much in current times maybe back in day lol. I mean he has had complaints on him since the 90s when they did let them get away from shit now with body cams and liability they don't do that. Other bad cops might but they get forced to resign to save face if caught or just silently terminated so public don't find out about it lol.
Check out EVERY PD's History its like going "you in venizala..." Ok what about Canada? "wait what?" And I got to go "that is socialist too, so germany, Uk and ton of others.." They just go "well uh so is cuba..." Its like just simmer the hell down. You just cherry picking my had bad HISTORY in 90s but sine 2000s they be PC as hell because lawsuits lol. In fact a ton of the shit cops left they were bitching it was too hard to "do their job" anymore and fled to states that looked other still lol. Probably like this dude "well you want write me up for being a shit cop, I just apply some where else then! Not like you announce I was bad cop make you look bad." lol
Well he was a cop, so it makes perfect sense.
The first problem is that this cop never wrote up another cop in 35 years. That's dirty. Corrupt.
Bahaha “Welcome to the Jungle!” Guns N’ Roses playing in the car was perfection 😂
What a bizarre encounter. He’s completely living in another world. He needs some physiological help.
Psychological *
I’m a psych nurse and I find his comment in the police car “I’m an insulin diabetic and I don’t have my meds with me” to be a puzzling statement - it might be a Georgia language quirk but I’ve never heard someone describe being diabetic in that way before. Not totally calling him a liar, but I think that’s exactly the way someone that doesn’t really understand medicine and is making it up would sound
Agreed that was super odd… why did he even open His mouth?
Yeah i thought the same ... He's his own worst enemy. Could've just said he was a former officer. Cop seemed cool, he'd have let him go at least with a lesser charge.
Classic narcissist
That's scary that a guy can mess up that many times at being a "officer" and just get hired in another department like nothing happened smh
They copied that from pedos in church. Don't hold them accountable, just put them in another church/department.
Facts these departments need to do better background checks
@@dannygvas8501they background check well, they just don’t care. 40% of officers beat their wives, and that’s just reported cases
@@blakeveracruz122Do you have a reference for that statistic?
They are sovereign citizens. And do not believe the laws limit them. Only we the people have to obey laws.
I like how the first officer keeps saying that if the other dude was a cop, he would've lot him go scott free. Said he never pulled another cop over in 29 years. 29 years on the force, and this guy never seen another cop speeding or break the law?
Dude is obviously part of the problem lmao
The thing about this officer is, hes worked 20+ years and never wrote a police officer. These guys will never say another one in uniform is ever doing anything wrong and thats why were in this terrible state of policing today. They investigate themselves and find no wrong doing and thats about it.
Schultz lame attempts at Jedi mind tricks did not work on Lowe. The Force is too strong with him.
Because those were not the droids they were looking for
🤣🤣🤣
Oh man I remember this guy, so confident yet so clueless
Except he should know better, because he was actually a cop many moons ago.
Pulling into the jail as “Welcome to the Jungle” is playing is classic!!
This guy is GASLIGHTING this police officer.
Looks like he’s been impersonating a Storm Trooper as well.
Such a collection of helmets!
Lmao! The force is week with this one. Lol 😂
Boy, he just doesn’t know when to stop running his mouth, does he? Just quit while the quitting is good.
Thecop was about to let him go with a ticket and court date for speeding and dumbass kept running his mouth, narcissistic sociopath behavior lol
like everyone he's had in the back of his car, blah blah blah, its over dude this is a one way ride.
@@bullinapeamurica5940 - Couldn't stop running his mouth. I kept waiting for him to say "But Sargent! Sargent!"
@@bullinapeamurica5940 no its not narcistic nor sociopath behaviour, not even close. people see these things everyhwere yet noone makes the effort to actually get some knowlege about this subject. at least not at that part. in fact a sociopath woudl have handled that better
No kidding. Dude, just shut up.
lol “If you were nice to me you could have checked out my R2D2.” 😂
The description of this video is HILARIOUS!! But this is EXACTLY why cops that get fired should LOSE THEIR CREDENTIALS!!
Jeremy Dimwitte needs to chill. He's literally starting a fake operator trend.
I believe Shultz is pre Dewitt era
"Jeremy Dimwitte" Lmao
@6 Haunted Days this guy was not a cop lol
Jeremy DimWitte 🤣
Look how many complaints, how many incidents, how many women he pulled over and harassed, how many times he abused his power, and how long it took them to finally fire him. The system is broken.
Yeah I do believe that cops are and should be held to a higher standard than the average citizen because they are out there to serve and protect the community and when they abuse that power or break the laws that they were sworn to uphold.
They should without a doubt be fired or depending on what they did and how bad it is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
How many times HE abused the system? The cop says he has pulled officers over and hasn't written them a ticket in 30 years... Neither of them should be anywhere near a badge
@@opticalcanine Yeah that was unbelievable too, the fact that we have him on tape admitting to that…
And he is still certified
on the topic of abuse of power, look up Wayne Couzens for a recent UK example of where this can lead to
Never call yourself a police officer when you dont work as one.
Him calling his car a bus over and over lolllll like he is cool, and more a cop.
It’s obvious as to why he was certified and lost his “damn job!”
Real world police initial video of the arrest shows the record of his employment & its hilarious to read every departments reasoning and complaints. The most common was “he not on out fails to get along with other officers but seems to instigate problems with many in this agency.” Apparently he’s an ass hole. Lol
Like the actions of the power tripping cop are justifiable at all. Just more evidence these police need de-funding, all the crime is solved in this town that this cop can do some retaliatory mission on some guy who tried to get out of an extortion ticket? Wake up lady.
@@McCucumber I agree with what you’re saying.
@@McCucumber Extortion ticket lol...
@@McCucumber Did you even watch the video? Or are going to claim that defunding will lead to self-regulation….because you know humans are so good at self-regulating. I’m sure crime won’t go up at all…
I don’t think I have ever seen someone talk himself into felony charges to try and get out of a traffic ticket. 🤦🏻♀️ Edit: reading all of those complaints this guy seemed more like a Karen with a gun than a former cop.
True. He is a narcissist of the most dangerous kind for himself and believes his own lies. Lol he just opened his mouth and put himself in jail.
I wish that officer luck on the rest his career when those crazy physical just people start appearing.
@@garyreveljr4407 Yes, narcissism.
Once you lose a job at anywhere. You are a FORMER ANYTHING...😂😂😂😂
I love how he admits he won’t write cops tickets. But he will write a ticket for anybody else doing the exact same thing. So much for blind justice.
Oh boy… just started the video and this is some super secret squirrel stuff right here!!! 😂😂
