All VPS providers "pay me" they have affiliate programs that anybody can join. I dont feature anyone based on money. Since I dont get anything if people refund. Its in my best interest to feature providers that offer good services for a good price since I make money either way. But the most providers featured here weren't even real just blatant scams lol

But I can share my personal opinions, I usually try to buy second hand GPUs from Ebay when new models get released. For example when the GTX 30 series came out all of the RTX 2060s dropped in price quite heavily from people that were using them and now want to upgrade.
I would recommend SIteGround if you don't care about the price tag. They're on average 2x or 3x more expensive than other options, but provide the best speed/support and features out of the 3 you've mentioned. The Bluehost Plus plan shouldn't really be on your radar, they're more of a "beginner" provider it'll struggle with performance and loading speed. So to summarize: 1. Don't even consider Bluehost at this point. You're too big for it. 2. CloudSigma is not a scam, I was running my own VPN server there before. Sadly, i had to stop my VPN server as my clients were leaving. You should remove CloudSigma on the list since they are legit. they actually disabled the free trial because it was being abused by the Filipinos.

Oracle Cloud Free Tier. 4 vcpus and 24gb ram with 200 gb storage. The limitation is that it is AMD Ampere, which is arm and not x86. Hope this helps.
