Hello! First, Thank you for your informative video! I was looking at hosting on Hostinger and I was wondering about the renewal process. I’m not sure if my company will work out so I don’t know if I want to pay for the additional years at the cheaper price. In this video you discuss turning off the auto renewal as well as around 10:57 you show a graphic of the renewal only being $24 or $48 which is a lot cheaper than the renew price on the website so I was wondering how you would go about getting those prices if you only went with the 1 year plan? Is that why you don’t auto renew? Is there a way to just renew at the base price instead of the higher renew price? Thank you for any answer you can give!
Late response but just wanted to add my 2 cents. My first year switching over to them was super cheap. Right now after that first cheap year I pay $107.88 a year for the following... 100gb disk space 1024 ram 1 CPU core 400000 Inodes (files) 100 Addon/Websites 80 active processes 40 Entry processes Unlimited bandwidth (Nowhere is truely unlimited but as long as you are doing something stupid you can consider it as such lol) So far Im pretty happy with it. I have 5 domains running though my hosting plans. Load times are fine and Ive never seen it go down.
WOW. What a review!!! As a hostinger user for almos 2 years, I can confirm everything you said it is true. Btw, your level of making the video so fun, objective, the desing so, so good makes you right away number 1 reviewer for hosting providers. Keep it up, Emit! 💟👏
Yes you can transfer the websites easily. If they're not hosted on Wix / Squarespace. But another web hostin company. Especially if it's a WordPress website the migration is very easy. I don't recommend email hosting from Hostinger. Use Google Gsuite instead it's $5/mo, but the quality is much better.
@@Emit.Reviews ok thanks. For email, I'm thinking its best for me to have one google workspace and then other domain as aliasses, but I'm not sure if I need hosting for the aliases?

Hi! 1)Did you use WordPress sites with plugins for testing the 6 hostinger sites and 1 A2 hosting? 2) If we add CDN to VPS hosting, won't it again become slow?
Yes, lots of plugins. All sites identical No CDNs dont "directly" impact your website speed. They simply take a static copy of your web pages and store these static copies on various servers. So, when a user requests a certain page from your website the server doesnt load a page it just shows users the copy it has on hand from the nearest server to the user. This way, practically no loading has to be done.

And then I put bunny CDN or some other CDN on the A2 VPS. Won't the 0.7 seconds become equal to 1.2 seconds again. 2) Does Google see the speed of the VPS or the speed of the CDN? Also, thanks for the quick response 😊
When using a CDN the loading speed of the CDN will be used since your server only interacts with the CDN not the end users. But since a CDN gets files from your origin server and serves them as individual "static" cached pages. It's usually an increase in speed based on how fast it's available to get files from the origin server. In very rare cases a CDN increases loading time (bad servers, not enough bandwidth for file transfers). The reason why its faster is because users dont need to download the "whole" site when entering your website. They get shown a portion of it (a cached page). So if it takes 0.7s to download a whole site basically theres no way its going to take longer to download a single page if everythings working the way it should. 2. Only Google knows what they're measuring :D but when doing pagespeed tests, theyll suggest you use aa CDN if youre not already Hope this makes it a bit clearer

It does not. However, Hostinger does have some "easy" integration where they automate it if you go into the Hostinger dashboard, navigate to Cloudflare and activate it. If it says you need to pay for that feature (not every plan has it), you can simply do it manually for free instead. All you need to do is register for a free Cloudflare account, input your website name, and copy paste the 2 nameservers they give you into Hostinger DNS settings.

Its a "bad practice" to store and serve video from your server. Since the video files take up 100x more space than the rest of the website combined it usually results in every visitor having to wait for the video to download to load the site. It slows down the website by an insane amount and bloats your server storage space. In this case, the feature is probably removed to save people from themselves, since it's a beginner platform.
None of the plans offer any advantages when it comes to website design / creation. You're essentially just buying a server where you can store your website. You can use WordPress with pre-made customizable templates or take advantage of a website builder tool offered by Hostinger (comes with all plans). But in no way are the different plans make it easier/harder to create and customize a website since in that regard they all act the same
Their shared hosting can block ips from accessing your website without a way for you to unblock it, you will build your own website and it's impossible to access it with a VPN
7:25 anyway, i am back. Hostinger, yes, the plans are pretty much on the same server, just each plan gives you more a lotted space & ram, cpu etc usage on the server. Like CPU is vCPU, so it's a slice of the CPU a lotted to the package.

Bro I'm using Hostinger for my clients websites, but lately, we have been getting “website down” notifications 2-3 per week. And checking our usage, is not even our websites' usage, someone else on that same shared hosting is just killing the freaking server lol. I'm debating on upgrading (again) to the next plan. I moved from Starter to Business, now I'm thinking to move from Business to Cloud. But at that pricing, I can have Hostinger's VPS and put my main clients there (12 websites). And leave the rest on the Business plan or maybe the Cloud Plan, but again my issue is not even the usage we have, it's someone else. Do you know, if I get the VPS service, can I keep all the emails that were configured with Titan Email? Because that is what is stopping me from moving on to the VPS service.
The Titan Mail is not associated with VPS; it is linked to the domain name. I switched to VPS last week but continued using the same email I obtained from the business plan.
Hey, sorry if im a little late, i kinda need your help at this. Im creating an API endpoint along with site, so i chose Hostinger cause it gives me myPhpAdmin, site with file manager and domain (i bought Cloud one), so i setup PHP files such as login.php, register.php etc. and now i see it has Entry Process which is how many php files can be opened i assume, its limited to 50 and i think this is extremely low for an API endpoint which would be spammed probably to get data. Can i somehow make only this limit UP? I dont need more then 1 GB of RAM all i want is network requests, or is it just better to move to Firebase Realtime Database or something? :(
You can TRY to contact support and ask them if theres a possibility to increase this limit. But my bet is that you'll need to move to another type of hosting for this
UPDATE: Starting November 19th and ending December 1st Hostinger is having a big black Friday sale. By stacking my promo code and their discount price you can get a premium plan for just $1.79/mo. Get your deals here emit.reviews/go/hostinger-discount?rev23

You can move your website files. But your "web hosting plan" wouldnt transfer. Meaning you would need to buy a plan at Hostinger first. Then Hostinger support would move your website from GoDaddy servers to Hostinger servers for free. You could still use your domain name from GoDaddy with Hostinger just fine. But if you want to transfer domains (meaning you control the domain from Hostinger, not GoDaddy moving forward. Theres a domain transfer fee)
I had a VPS with them maybe 2 years ago. I would say it wasnt worth the price as it was unmanaged and the speed wasnt incredible. Ill try to check their VPS out in 2024
Thanks for the clearing the confusion in peoples mind...Can you do a video or help me on how to set custom nameservers on my HOSTINGER VPS hosting? Domain is hosted on NAMECHEAP.
Both Godaddy and Bluehost are very overpriced for the services they offer. It seems like 50% of their budget goes to marketing, 45% goes to shareholder profits and 5% goes to their servers :D
On it! But from my experience with NameCheap, I really dont think they stand a chance. Poor performance, lots of bugs and errors (I have a namecheap review) where I showcase this.
From your experience, do web hosts in general, and Hostinger in particular, actively take measures to discourage users from canceling accounts and then, the next day, simply starting a new account at the cheap intro rates, reassigning the DNS info or reuploading the sites contents to the new account? It might seem unethical (to them) but it should be possible, with the savings more than justifying the time and hassle. No?
As far as I know, they're aware of this practice. But currently they don't do anything about it. However, I've heard rumors that some providers might try to band into a group and create a database of users who like to do this. Sharing this database between them. So, that user couldn't get an intro rate anywhere else moving forward. Not sure how possible it's to implement or if they're ever going to do it tho.
The bad and main issue is Hostinger headquarter is in a Eastern European countries where corruption is king. Being close to Russia, Belarus is at greater risk from hackers, We want US auditors to review businesses to play fair in the businesses who carry many customers , credit cards info. if you move Hostinger to USA for sure I will sign up with you guys. Otherwise no thank you. Customers data is sensitive
sorry to say that but you are wrong, Hostinger blocks Russian and Belorussian users, while i don't like Hostinger myself but you can try to use VPN and try to register from Russia, you can not even pay for hosting. As for hackers mostly now are Asians and from Israel

Can i somehow make only this limit UP? I dont need more then 1 GB of RAM all i want is network requests, or is it just better to move to Firebase Realtime Database or something? :(
You can TRY to contact support and ask them if theres a possibility to increase this limit. But my bet is that you'll need to move to another type of hosting for this
You can’t download normal videos only RUclips very frustrating
looks like Hostinger campaign video
He just said that they sponsered this video... What did you expect?
Thumbs Up for Featuring your mum. So adorable
UPDATE: Starting November 19th and ending December 1st Hostinger is having a big black Friday sale. By stacking my promo code and their discount price you can get a premium plan for just $1.79/mo. Get your deals here emit.reviews/go/hostinger-discount?rev23
8:23 most industries do this, even brick and mortar. You not see the clip from was it Walmart or one of those where all they did was change artwork design from a previous sale and then labelled it black friday sale. same sale from the day or so before! LOL I do not pay attention to those timers on websites, i buy whatever they are selling IF i want to WHEN i want tol
Can I move my domain name and hosting from GoDaddy to hostinger?
You can move your website files. But your "web hosting plan" wouldnt transfer. Meaning you would need to buy a plan at Hostinger first.
Then Hostinger support would move your website from GoDaddy servers to Hostinger servers for free.
You could still use your domain name from GoDaddy with Hostinger just fine. But if you want to transfer domains (meaning you control the domain from Hostinger, not GoDaddy moving forward. Theres a domain transfer fee)
And what about hostinger vps ?
I had a VPS with them maybe 2 years ago. I would say it wasnt worth the price as it was unmanaged and the speed wasnt incredible.
Ill try to check their VPS out in 2024
Thank you for all the information, kindly can i make an e-commerce website with online payment options in hostinger
Please make a video on Hostinger VPS performance speed and load tests on all KVMs
This was such a useful and entertaining video. I found the information accessible and helpful.
I never liked Hostinger. Period.
Cool video for checking this, my freelancers recommend your channels to compare the plan
Thanks for the clearing the confusion in peoples mind...Can you do a video or help me on how to set custom nameservers on my HOSTINGER VPS hosting? Domain is hosted on NAMECHEAP.
Great video, well presented!
I just switched over to them, it was so easy so far.

What about Kinsta?
SUPERB video! Thanks for the in depth review :)
what an awesome video! Thank you for all your effort!
Great video... I will use your link..
I pay $15.99 at hostinger, so how did anyone get these prices? 😞
Had 100500 questions before choosing Hostinger. thank you!
Well made video, thanks!
Short answer: Yes. What they're charging annual fees for I can have on a high-end laptop used only as a server. Good grief.
Please create a video about Godaddy and Blue Host
Both Godaddy and Bluehost are very overpriced for the services they offer. It seems like 50% of their budget goes to marketing, 45% goes to shareholder profits and 5% goes to their servers :D
tl;dr they're legit, but sales tactics are horrible
thanks lol
Thanks! God Bless your sweet Mother!
Shout outs to Mom ✊🏾
That was interesting I seem to be learning new this everyday
Omg pls stop with the highlighter sound I can’t finish the video
It's time to crowd fund public servers
Thanks Emit!
Thank you sir
😂😂😂😂 love your joke about legs😂
perfect video. thank you.
Make a video of Hostinger vs NameCheap
On it! But from my experience with NameCheap, I really dont think they stand a chance. Poor performance, lots of bugs and errors (I have a namecheap review) where I showcase this.
Paid Review!! Hostinger really SUCKS!
Is it bad?
thanks bro
Really excellent. Merci
Thank you!
I don't recommend this company. Complete frauds
They sold me a spam domain and stole my money
nice vdeo for new genrstion
You blatantly promoted hostinger.
it's got everything shopify has and more, cheaper and has tonnes more features
Ypu just sold Hostinger to me hehe thnx
who the heck pays 2$/mo? Hostinger charges me 15.99 per mo. 😣😤🤔
because you probably paid one month and then it sets it to normal price, you should have gone for the year deal or 4years
He is my classmates dad so I think hostinger is good
thanks
please make a video and tell truth about hostarmada hosting
Its trash
@@Emit.Reviews Why and what is the cause? Briefly tell me please.
Nice vdeo for people eho ceated by another
definetly do not buy. is is not secure secured.
So basically, this is a review, wow, you just lost a sub for misleading me
Verry good
Promotional video.
Nice
If they move to US I will cancel ASAP! 🙂
Even u.s and western europe are corrupted, they just write their side of story and make eastern eu and the rest of the world the villains😅
