  • For this Hostinger review, I've bought every plan they have to offer and explored every hidden secret they try to hide from you.
    🔥 Hostinger 10% Discount ➜ emit.reviews/go/hostinger-dis...
    While in this review I take a look at the performance, pricing, support and ease of use Hostinger is offering, you can do your own research by using the websites I have created publicly.
    Want to do Your Own Research? Take a look at
    uptime.emitreviews.com
    Hostinger is recommended a lot and they're a cheap provider. So it should be a no-brainer right? Well in this Hostinger review, I dove deep and tested out everything they have to offer. Even take a look at why users tend to leave negative reviews and the main issues you might have if you decide to create a website using Hostinger.
    Time Stamps:
    00:00 - What happened with Hostinger?
    00:30 - Why is it cheap?
    01:30 - Hostinger performance is weird...
    03:50 - Are Cloud hosting plans any better?
    04:50 - Is Hostinger FAST?
    05:44 - Why are Hostinger users upset?
    06:30 - Hostinger offers EVERYTHING
    08:00 - Questionable sales tactics
    10:38 - Is Hostinger Worth it?
    The biggest issue is the speed that they offer. Hostinger plans user Litespeed servers and all of the shared plans are equally fast ( or equally slow, depending on how you look at it).
    Buying more expensive plans won't make your site faster unless you completely switch tech and go from shared plans to Cloud plans or VPS.
    Even the fastest Hostinger plan can't compare to providers like A2Hosting which offer SIGNIFICANTLY better loading speed. At the price of convenience.
    And as my Hostinger review shows, that's the name of the game with Hostinger - convenience.
    You don't pay a lot, but you get a lot of features. Overall I still feel like Hostinger is at the top of my recommendation list when compared to other mainstream solutions just because of how easy it is to use and the performance is acceptable like 7.5/10.

    Hello! First, Thank you for your informative video!
    I was looking at hosting on Hostinger and I was wondering about the renewal process. I’m not sure if my company will work out so I don’t know if I want to pay for the additional years at the cheaper price. In this video you discuss turning off the auto renewal as well as around 10:57 you show a graphic of the renewal only being $24 or $48 which is a lot cheaper than the renew price on the website so I was wondering how you would go about getting those prices if you only went with the 1 year plan? Is that why you don’t auto renew? Is there a way to just renew at the base price instead of the higher renew price?
    Thank you for any answer you can give!

    Hey, sorry if im a little late, i kinda need your help at this. Im creating an API endpoint along with site, so i chose Hostinger cause it gives me myPhpAdmin, site with file manager and domain (i bought Cloud one), so i setup PHP files such as login.php, register.php etc. and now i see it has Entry Process which is how many php files can be opened i assume, its limited to 50 and i think this is extremely low for an API endpoint which would be spammed probably to get data. Can i somehow make only this limit UP? I dont need more then 1 GB of RAM all i want is network requests, or is it just better to move to Firebase Realtime Database or something? :(

    • @Emit.Reviews
      @Emit.Reviews  6 месяцев назад

      You can TRY to contact support and ask them if theres a possibility to increase this limit. But my bet is that you'll need to move to another type of hosting for this

    Hi! 1)Did you use WordPress sites with plugins for testing the 6 hostinger sites and 1 A2 hosting?
    2) If we add CDN to VPS hosting, won't it again become slow?

    • @Emit.Reviews
      @Emit.Reviews  7 месяцев назад

      Yes, lots of plugins. All sites identical
      No CDNs dont "directly" impact your website speed. They simply take a static copy of your web pages and store these static copies on various servers.
      So, when a user requests a certain page from your website the server doesnt load a page it just shows users the copy it has on hand from the nearest server to the user.
      This way, practically no loading has to be done.

    • @johnchristian7788
      @johnchristian7788 7 месяцев назад +1

      @@Emit.Reviews
      1)Let's say the VPS has a speed of 0.7 seconds and the CDN has a speed of 1.2 seconds.
      If I select A2 hosting for the fast speed of 0.7 seconds. And then I put bunny CDN or some other CDN on the A2 VPS. Won't the 0.7 seconds become equal to 1.2 seconds again.
      2) Does Google see the speed of the VPS or the speed of the CDN?
      Also, thanks for the quick response 😊

    • @Emit.Reviews
      @Emit.Reviews  7 месяцев назад

      When using a CDN the loading speed of the CDN will be used since your server only interacts with the CDN not the end users. But since a CDN gets files from your origin server and serves them as individual "static" cached pages. It's usually an increase in speed based on how fast it's available to get files from the origin server.
      In very rare cases a CDN increases loading time (bad servers, not enough bandwidth for file transfers).
      The reason why its faster is because users dont need to download the "whole" site when entering your website. They get shown a portion of it (a cached page). So if it takes 0.7s to download a whole site basically theres no way its going to take longer to download a single page if everythings working the way it should.
      2. Only Google knows what they're measuring :D but when doing pagespeed tests, theyll suggest you use aa CDN if youre not already
      Hope this makes it a bit clearer

    • @Emit.Reviews
      @Emit.Reviews  8 месяцев назад +1

      It does not. However, Hostinger does have some "easy" integration where they automate it if you go into the Hostinger dashboard, navigate to Cloudflare and activate it.
      If it says you need to pay for that feature (not every plan has it), you can simply do it manually for free instead. All you need to do is register for a free Cloudflare account, input your website name, and copy paste the 2 nameservers they give you into Hostinger DNS settings.

    • @Emit.Reviews
      @Emit.Reviews  2 месяца назад +3

      Hostinger is not powerful enough for this. Thats a lot of storage space and bandwidth you'll need. These type of hosting plans typically go for around a $100/mo as a very conservative starter base.
      Ideally you want something like AWS, Microsoft Azure. Or ScalaHosting (easier to use emit.reviews/go/scalahosting )
      Its usually bad practice to store such large files server side. If you want to do it cheaper, I recommend uploading it all to RUclips and just linking or embedding the files onto your site

      None of the plans offer any advantages when it comes to website design / creation.
      You're essentially just buying a server where you can store your website. Now for the creation and customization thats a whole different area.
      You can code your site by hand. You can use WordPress with pre-made customizable templates or take advantage of a website builder tool offered by Hostinger (comes with all plans).
      But in no way are the different plans make it easier/harder to create and customize a website since in that regard they all act the same

    Bro I'm using Hostinger for my clients websites, but lately, we have been getting “website down” notifications 2-3 per week. And checking our usage, is not even our websites' usage, someone else on that same shared hosting is just killing the freaking server lol. I'm debating on upgrading (again) to the next plan. I moved from Starter to Business, now I'm thinking to move from Business to Cloud. But at that pricing, I can have Hostinger's VPS and put my main clients there (12 websites). And leave the rest on the Business plan or maybe the Cloud Plan, but again my issue is not even the usage we have, it's someone else.
    Do you know, if I get the VPS service, can I keep all the emails that were configured with Titan Email? Because that is what is stopping me from moving on to the VPS service.

Their" WordPress Build" isn't different it's the same 3rd party WordPress install that comes with any other provider (or self-hosting situations).

      @@Emit.Reviews Hi Emit, your name brought me back to my childhood as you share one of my friends' name. This video was very informative and entertaining. I've been using HostGator for a few years now, the price went up to $21.99 a month, on the baby plan, I have no other issues with them other than the price increase. What do you think about them? Thanks in advance.

    The bad and main issue is Hostinger headquarter is in a Eastern European countries where corruption is king. Being close to Russia, Belarus is at greater risk from hackers, We want US auditors to review businesses to play fair in the businesses who carry many customers , credit cards info. if you move Hostinger to USA for sure I will sign up with you guys. Otherwise no thank you. Customers data is sensitive

      sorry to say that but you are wrong, Hostinger blocks Russian and Belorussian users, while i don't like Hostinger myself but you can try to use VPN and try to register from Russia, you can not even pay for hosting. As for hackers mostly now are Asians and from Israel
