It’s always the minor details that separate the champs from mere mortals.
I really appreciate this, thank you for all the tips and tricks.

Finishing the swing with knees bent, then straightening them on the acceleration pull just added 13 reps to my long cycle! I used to just do the pull with my arms, but now I know better! Thanks!

Thanks again! Very grateful for you for sharing this in English, a lot of Western gireviks and kettlebell enthusiasts benefit from this. Finding this video series on long cycle by you made my day.

Thumbs to the outside, that is the Gamechanger for me.
    Such a little movement.
Thumbs up for the Thumbs out Tip! 😄👍

Great instruction, Denis! Very helpful. I find it difficult to insert the hand fully and keep the optimal elbow position at the same time because of my small body (155cm) and arm length - no room for the kettlebells to rest. So I can either insert my hands fully or rest my elbows on my hips comfortably, not both. Would you choose to favor elbow connection or insertion in this case?
    Thank you very much!

Whenever I look at Kettlebell tutorials, I've noticed that the way Russians do them and the way American fitness/strength coach types do them are fundamentally different. I suspect that is due to the existence of widespread kettlebell sport in Russia.

Masterful, thorough, scientific breakdown of each phase. Extremely helpful level of detail and elaboration of subtleties I was unaware of. I suspect (among others) I’m making the mistake you show at 9:10-9:42. Thank you!
