Можно ли набрать хорошую массу и форму одними только гирями? Спасибо)

Thanks for this Denis - do you always train 'half squats" or will you occasionally go to the full range of motion?

Do you do your GPP and cardio on the same days as GS training? How does your repartition look like during the week?
Thank you very much for your content, I recently purchased your book and it’s a great information and motivation!

And I do this three time a week: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday,
Thank you for purchasing my book and thank you for following 🙏

Do you ever have a part of your training where you're lifting > 80% of your 1 rep max, like a 5x5 for example?

      Not for a while.
Earlier in my sport career: in between 1999-2007 I was lifting heavy and low reps. My 1rep max back then was 200kg for Back Squat and Dead Lift, 150kg for Bench Press.
And I believe it was a useful, great strength foundation for me.
One it was formed, from the late 2007 I’ve focused on light-moderate weights and high reps GPP(general physical preparation)
