I jut got back from a 4 hour hike in the mountains and this is exactly what I needed to take the tension away from my legs and my lower back. it was an excellent stretch

I love this routine! I don't hike often but went on one yesterday and my body has been feeling it! But I've now done this sequence a couple of times and hopefully tomorrow after some more stretching I'll be feeling much better

That's so great to know that it is helpful to you:) For me it always helps a lot to treat the sore muscles but also to come into the special peace of mind after an intense practice. So the benefits are incredible from it. It is especially effective if you still do a little bit of easy walking so that the muscles will get warm and then do this routine. But on the cool muscles it is fine too.
I am very particular about yoga videos and I can't tell you how many I've started and stopped before the end. This video was lovely and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the great video with your soothing relaxed voice. I just did an 11-hour hike up very steep waterfalls in the rainforest yesterday and am feeling it! This routine helped greatly.

I loved this stretch and did it after a long run! The only unfortunate part of the video was the constant ads, there were 4 during the entirety and I was unable to get a good flow and relax because I had to keep skipping the ad whilst already holding a pose, otherwise it was wonderful! Thank you!

I prefer to have some routine for upper back muscle, shoulder blade and deltoid.
