Nothing like creating fiberglass dust/shards while being barefoot & wearing shorts, lol. I would use a backing plate when bolting through fiberglass walls. Or at least teflon coated fender washers.

nice mods, did some of the same. My measuring tape is 48 and not as clean but Im hoping to catch the big guys :)...always scary when drilling in your boat.

I would liked a 48”. Didn’t find that option. I keep thinking I’m done and then have more to go!!!

Thinking about doing some mods to my 226, you think command strips or something similar may have worked instead of drilling?

Worth a try. Doesn’t cost much and can be removed. I’m actually doing that in my live well to hold my scoop net on the back of the lid. If that doesn’t work, I’ll go to plan B!

Just wondering where do you keep your Epirb? Mounted or in a ditch bag? Thanks

I have a boat bag that’s always just behind my seat. It’s attached to an outside loop so I can always see it. I used this bag because I bring it when fishing in other boats.

Did you compare the 267 sportsman with this boat and if so what made you choose Robalo?

I didn’t. In fact, I’ve never been on a Sportsman. It was love ❤️ at first sight!
