Honestly, your channel couldn’t have shown up at a better time, I’m on the last 6 weeks of my lean cut in prep for a photo shoot. My hunger has been through the roof, I’ve tried the chicken wraps and the prawn pasta and my lord I don’t think I’ve felt this full in such a long time, tasty, fun to make and plenty of protein.

From personal experience getting things that support your wellness journey are game changers. Examples that have helped me: an air fryer, a magic bullet, a french press coffee maker, air pods when I put in my steps/walk so I can listen to youtube videos, so supportive. More great recipes! I was in Ireland recently and “imported” the Lighter Than Light Mayo and the “Lightest” cream cheese. I’m so glad I saw your videos before I went. Also had the protein puddings you have shown on other videos-yum! But, interestingly, even though there were these great diet products I couldn’t find any powdered concentrated sweetener in packets, but they did have the tiny tablets. The little tablets are great for hot liquids, not so much for cold ones. Also brought back the tablets.

Hello - I'm loving your meal prep recipe content! I see that you offer a paid nutritional hub. I've been trying to design my own organized high protein body recomposition meal plan for a while now (a plan with the right macros & calories). What makes it extra complicated for me is that I do not eat meat - and up until recently I was 100% vegan (consuming zero animal products). Getting macros and calories right while eating vegan can be extremely difficult - as most vegan protein sources have a lot of carbs in them as well - which in turn puts the recipes & meal plans calorie count out of whack. I've personally found it very difficult to dial everything in to the exact way I want it (while eating a diverse selection of good tasting recipes). Something had to give here - so although I still will not eat meat - I'm now open to eating egg whites & no-fat dairy (as long as the cholesterol content is extremely low). Does your paid nutritional hub offer resources to swap out meat (with meat substitutes) & low cholesterol dairy ingredients in the recipes to accommodate someone in my situation (all with-out completely destroying the integrity of the meal plans macro & caloric makeup)? I'd appreciate if you could provide any tips or suggestions on my situation - as I could really use the help. Thanks :)
I've been following you for a little while now. I'm trying to maintain a deficit but I'm not sure what's a healthy/effective deficit to achieve weight loss. I'm 60, petite (5 foot 2) and my calorie expenditure in a day is about 2,000-2,500 (I do a combo of walking, running, weights and HIIT) I originally tried maintaining a 1k deficit but I've been told that's too much of a deficit. Would appreciate your input. X

Great info Jonathan. Ive had a Nutri Bullet for over 6 years. and its does alot of work without takeing up alot of room. My favorite is protein powder with mixed berries. But does do so much more. Have a great Holidays!!!
This is too low calorie for anyone that isn't a kid dude. Unless you're restricting severely. This looks like the kind of amount I had when very ill with AN and wouldn't advise anyone to be dropping this low.
Exactly this! I’m worried about the folks in the comments who talk about their weight loss journey and who want to follow this guy’s meals here. I’ve been there, it’s such a slippery slope and not an easy pit to get out of. It’s been 13 years post AN diagnosis and I still suffer the consequences from that phase
2:00 I can't find the lighter than light mayo in taiwan, so I usually use 5 or 10 grams of normal mayo (which is 150 calories, aka a lot of calories for a 155cm girl in a calorie deficit), mix it with 50g of not sweetened greek yogurt, and use that mixture normally

This is a question I'm struggling to find answers for. Say your eating at a calorie maintenance of 2500 calories. When doing cardio it is easy to see how many calories you have burnt via fitbit etc and then you can top up your eating using this information. But how do you track calories burnt through weight lifting to ensure you are eating at maintenance. Thank you 😁
Your Fitbit isn’t that accurate when it comes to how many calories you’ve burned, if you’re eating maintenance, try and keep your NEAT higher as well as lifting. You’ll slowly lose body fat.

is going on such a low calorie diet okay? I thought this wouldn't result in fast weight loss but adaptation + I tried loosing weight and im pretty sure I was lower than 1000 (my maintenance is 800). but I only lost 5kg in 7 months can someone explain why to me?
I have a question.. so, in my job, i complete 15-20k steps per day. Is this sufficient enough to count as my cardio for the day so i can work out without having to incorporate cardio after?
I'm sure your exercise routine + natural daily steps is enough. I'm the opposite in that I have to add and rely on incorporated cardio to get my steps. I'm a student who commutes to and from, and live in a rough apartment complex where I'm not keen to go outside to take walks haha. My NEAT isn't high enough like yours, so I incorporate treadmill cardio to make up for it.
ok, so KCAL is calories, got that PRO must mean protein. but what's CHO "cholesterol?" I'm guessing it actually means carbohydrates....which is confusing. you have KCAL, so why not CARB if...my guess is correct of course.
40 g is what in imperial / us system ?? Because that looks like more than 1.5 ounces or what not. If you could put the US version of measurement, also that would be so helpful. Having to look it up for every little thing is kind of annoying and yes, I would like to learn the metric system, and I don’t know why we have own system. 😞

This is too low calorie for anyone that isn't a kid dude. Unless you're restricting severely. This looks like the kind of amount I had when very ill with AN and wouldn't advise anyone to be dropping this low.
Exactly this! I’m worried about the folks in the comments who talk about their weight loss journey and who want to follow this guy’s meals here. I’ve been there, it’s such a slippery slope and not an easy pit to get out of. It’s been 13 years post AN diagnosis and I still suffer the consequences from that phase
2:00 I can't find the lighter than light mayo in taiwan, so I usually use 5 or 10 grams of normal mayo (which is 150 calories, aka a lot of calories for a 155cm girl in a calorie deficit), mix it with 50g of not sweetened greek yogurt, and use that mixture normally

egg whites has less calories and more protein (but tastes a little worse so if your cooking eggs maybe 2 eggs and some egg whites)

This is a question I'm struggling to find answers for. Say your eating at a calorie maintenance of 2500 calories. When doing cardio it is easy to see how many calories you have burnt via fitbit etc and then you can top up your eating using this information. But how do you track calories burnt through weight lifting to ensure you are eating at maintenance. Thank you 😁
Your Fitbit isn’t that accurate when it comes to how many calories you’ve burned, if you’re eating maintenance, try and keep your NEAT higher as well as lifting. You’ll slowly lose body fat.

How much calories do you consume per day?
I have a question.. so, in my job, i complete 15-20k steps per day. Is this sufficient enough to count as my cardio for the day so i can work out without having to incorporate cardio after?
I'm sure your exercise routine + natural daily steps is enough. I'm the opposite in that I have to add and rely on incorporated cardio to get my steps. I'm a student who commutes to and from, and live in a rough apartment complex where I'm not keen to go outside to take walks haha. My NEAT isn't high enough like yours, so I incorporate treadmill cardio to make up for it.

ok, so KCAL is calories, got that PRO must mean protein. but what's CHO "cholesterol?" I'm guessing it actually means carbohydrates....which is confusing. you have KCAL, so why not CARB if...my guess is correct of course.

40 g is what in imperial / us system ?? Because that looks like more than 1.5 ounces or what not. If you could put the US version of measurement, also that would be so helpful.
