Hi Cathie! It really depends on what I decide to do. If I do a breathing exercise ahead of time that tacks on a couple of minutes. Sometimes I do a 4 minute autogenic drainage breathing at the end. I would say under a half hour. Less if I need to be somewhere! 🩵Linda

When you travel do you take your Ombra and nebulizer, or do you take a mesh nebulizer using 3%? We have not traveled since CO because of my MAC, COPD, and Bronchiectasis.
I’m trying to streamline the process. I have concerns about boiling to sterilize all the parts when traveling. ☹

It really depends on where we’re traveling to and how long will be gone. I don’t use a mesh nebulizer because they’re difficult to sterilize. But if I’m traveling and need to pack light in the United States instead of my Ombra. I pack a Pari Trek S. The Ombra does not work abroad.
