Another UK dweller here. Thank you for the video, I am more or less following your suggestions and I could not agree more. My routine is a cup of hot water with a lemon slice, 3 or 4 lung exercises, mainly involving
arm movement and holding breath (Donna Wilson exercises, on here) I do this for around 5minutes, followed by a brisk walk of varying durations, anything from 10 - 30+ mins. I must remember the scarf in our lovely warm winters. I have tried a few marketing gimmicks to strengthen my lungs but found them to be useless compared to actual exercise. I am over 70 years of age and was diagnosed some 4 years ago.

I live in England where the winter is very very cold (usually around 1-7⁰C) It's so bad for my bronchiectasis, I walk outside for less than 5 minutes and get so much pain in my lungs from the cold, no matter how many layers of clothes I have on. I am 17 years old and usually walk to sixth form but my lungs hurt so bad that the next day I can't even get out of bed, I ended up even worse off getting fevers and things and might have a chest infection. I get the bus now but even just waiting at the bus stop is torture for my chest :( also my sixth form tell me off for wearing hoodies and warm clothing because it doesn't fit the uniform standards either...

Please tell me, if you swallow the coughed up sputum, do not spit it out, then there is no significant harm from it?

If you want to put your politics before your health, then go elsewhere and look at an anti-vaxx, tinfoil hat-wearing conspiracy channel and leave the rest of us to listen to professional scientists for good advice.

Well you must believe that the shots work until they don't. Funny sort of vaccination. @@skye8394
