Another thing about it in PVE, IIRC it has semi smart targeting when it comes to two viruses on the field. It targets the virus with more HP with more needles than the weaker virus. So like, say there's a Mettaur 3 and a Mettaur 2, it'll target the Met 3 with two needles and the Met 2 with one. Falzar players can legit coast on it, Train Arrow and Bubble Star for most of the single player campaign thanks to Aqua Cross.
Not really, IMO. Even charged with Aqua Cross, the max damage for the third chip is 480. That's not bad by any means, but that's still less than something like Train Arrow at max power. Plus it's not that hard to dodge. If it didn't induce flashing on the first two hits I could absolutely see it being really good though. But OP? Doubtful.
This is a very confusing chip. It flinches enemies as if it's designed to spread damage out instead of hitting a solo target, but it doesn't do a lot of individual damage to separate enemies. It's at least decent on the three (four if you count ElementMan) fire bosses with White Capsule, but only being able to carry three WCs hurts this chip's usability a lot.
Ok, but what if we gave it buffs? (Still not going to use it, but hypothetically: Double Point: +60 Aqua Needle 3 Atk + 30 Atk + 10 White Capsule: x3 Rage: x 2 Aqua charge: x2 Would give it 2080 total damage, or 1040 total if Aqua charge doesn't stack with rage. If the target is using a fire element cross, it would double again, dealing 4160 and 2080 respectively) Edit: The math wasn't that easy and max damage would actually be 1280. Might've still did something wrong tho.
While you're in a Cross, you can't enter FullSynchro or Rage and going into a Cross while in those emotions will cancel them. Also, attacking a Fire Cross with this will only double the first hit because that hit decrosses the opponent and thus they have normal body for the remaining two hits.

Seems like this chip would be OP especially with aquacross if not for putting in the flashing state.

You can attach White Capsule to it to get around the downside.
Auto targeting chips are so rare so I always valued this one.
Let my boi Aqua Needle thriiiive
Aqua needle challenge sometime?
@@future34andpast most certainly! I'll put it on the list.
BubbleStar+Aqua cross+AquaNeedle+whishcspsule sound like easy over 600 damage
So what I'm hearing is "tag it to WhiteCap for a good time"
Liked and stoping by for the support. Thanks for these vids
Man the flash state just ruin the potential

... Why the hell does the FIRST hit put Bosses into flashing state without White Cap. Should have at least waited till that third hit.
