Great foods mentioned in the bible are lamb, flax, olives and olive oil, goats milk, date honey, bread, pomegranates, figs, grapes and fermented grapes, coriander and parsley (bitter herbs), sprouted grains, beans, barley, lentils, leafy greens, onions.

My husband and I went vegan Nov 2019 and since then I lost 65 and he’s lost 50 pounds. When we turned to processed foods out of connivence, we both put back on about 15-20 pounds. We have now gone back to whole foods and making our own instead of buying processed - also, I feel run down and sluggish as well as having inflammation. I make smoothies every morning and I actually add many of the items you listed; almonds, kale, mango in his, and I’ll now start adding the flax seed as well - this is a great way to start the day also, it’s so refreshing and yummy. I feel better overall eating clean. Thank you for these videos and the encouragement you offer.
@@Ephesians5-14 lord of breads and fake meats. We eat lots of tortillas and breading on the vegan meats - although I air fry or put in the oven, the breading is the worst I think.
Eating healthy, exercise, and a good skin care regime helps you to look and feel young. You glow. And body inflammation is no more. Honestly, most health issues are self inflicted by eating junk food. And junk food creates craving for sugar and salt. When you eat healthy, the cravings are no more.

This is amazing! I am a christian and I am very overweight. I am wheelchair bound due to having severe Myalgic Encephalomyelitis commonly known as M.E. I also have type 2 Diabetes, and quite advanced Osteoarthritis. I felt Father God ask me to check out Biblical food and so I stumbled across your channel on RUclips tonight. I have already watched a few of your videos and I am blown away. It all makes perfect sense. I am determined to lose weight, and I can so relate to what you're saying about skin. I often don't drink enough fluids, because I am often too sick to go and fetch any. For the same reason I often skip meals so I am starving and when I do get to eat I am gorging ravenous! I am thinking maybe of getting a small countertop fridge to stick in my bedroom to store water in. And maybe some healthy foods that you have mentioned. My weight ballooned because of psychiatric medication way before the M.E. progressed to being severe. But I fully believe that a change to Biblical foods is going to work wonders! I am excited! It's definitely time for a change. I will definitely need to start drinking more. I struggle with the bleach taste of our tap water here in Scotland in the UK. So I tend to use a small amount of diluting juice no added sugar to hide the taste so I can drink it. But I still feeling extremely nauseous despite this so am struggling to drink anything much and I am becoming very dehydrated indeed. I am not sure the safest bottled water. I am thinking I need to switch to this for the reasons I mentioned. I believe the tap water with all the chemicals are making me very unwell. Thank You so much for this channel. Hi there, The BIBLE does mention foods like organic olive oil which is a good alternative fat source to animal fat and is a laxative. I would highly recommend such, although care must be taken when it comes to animal foods like fish, which in our day and age can be dangerous to consume due to radiation in the seas and diet on feacal matter, resulting in disease. An organic raw vegan diet is the one to strive for. 💙💙💙
While some of these foods aren't specifically mentioned in the Bible, they are part of The Bible Diet which follows the principle of eating only what God has created.
Just a note on water. They have really done a number on us all with our tap water. I would suggest buying spring water (after you do your research on them of course). It’s just sad that the water we get out of the tap has been treated with so many chemicals and chlorine and yes it does have flouride (the bad kind!). So just sayin... might be a good thing to drink mostly spring.. or even distilled.. but I then make sure I add a little trace minerals. 💕. On another note.. you’re awesome!!

What you think i should use to take to help curb my appetite because i need to fast, i have kidney damage, ive been diabetic for 20 years and i even eat a salad with nutrient dense veggies and my blood sugar still goes high . I had to stop eating meat, yes chicken and hamburger and pork, had to stop consuming dairy. I would get very sick and insulin resistance! Please pray for me sister! My name is Jessica! I have terrible insulin resistance now and insulin doesn't work! I used an antibiotic two months ago and insulin resistance started! I believe God can and will heal me! Lots of family members have been suffering from unusual skin inflammation. I'm suspecting the cloud-seeding chemicals is harsh to some people. I drink nettle and dandelion teas. They have a lot of nutrients in them. Also seaweed, spirulina, Irish Sea moss and sea spaghetti, kelp etc, all really good for you.

I take in Osteo Biflex, collagen, calcium with magnesium and zinc, vitamin D3, glucosamine condratine. These all feed your bones and joints. So do cherries. Go to a Vitamin Shoppe or GNC; they have bone feeding vitamins.

Hi there, I would recommend to avoid chocolate due to the caffeine content in it, which is a diuretic and addictive drug that causes weak bones by flushing out calcium in urine; stimulates and irritates the brain, heart and nerves; and taxes adrenal glands. 💙💙💙
I drink 4 energy drinks a day, but noticed they have Splenda/sucralose in them. So I need to stop. However, the drinks also have a lot of vitamin B12 and B6. Didn't realize B vitamins keep you from breaking out. Thank you for this video.

Now in this video salmon s mentioned and i love salmon but i have high cholesterol and i am working very hard to reduce the cholesterol. I have debated and heard mixed info. Yesterday I heard a doctor says to have green tea, dark chocolate and grapes every day to help protect against covid 19.

What you think i should use to take to help curb my appetite because i need to fast, i have kidney damage, ive been diabetic for 20 years and i even eat a salad with nutrient dense veggies and my blood sugar still goes high .
I had to stop eating meat, yes chicken and hamburger and pork, had to stop consuming dairy. I would get very sick and insulin resistance! Please pray for me sister! My name is Jessica!
I have terrible insulin resistance now and insulin doesn't work! I used an antibiotic two months ago and insulin resistance started!
I believe God can and will heal me! But meanwhile i may need to fast and its hard 😭

Hello! Yes, water is vital 😀what about water with pink Himalaya salt or salt marina diluted with lemon juice. I have sometimes cramps and with this go away in minutes. You might want to talk about mineral importance. Thank you 🙏

Lots of family members have been suffering from unusual skin inflammation. I'm suspecting the cloud-seeding chemicals is harsh to some people. Taking my feet in water bah with Dead Sea salts has helped, but the process of fighting inflammation without taking pills is tedious. It's been a year since your comment; any strategy tips?

I drink nettle and dandelion teas. They have a lot of nutrients in them.
Also seaweed, spirulina, Irish Sea moss and sea spaghetti, kelp etc, all really good for you.
What brand of Irish Sea moss do you have? What is it and how do you consume it?

I adore lemon, because it is good for skin and body, and next to that watermelon and cucumber, meat is chicken and fish, I am not young anymore, but slim and strong, because I avoid sucker, cakes and junk food....I drink Water and cranberry juice made only from the fruit .

I drink 4 energy drinks a day, but noticed they have Splenda/sucralose in them. So I need to stop. However, the drinks also have a lot of vitamin B12 and B6. Didn't realize B vitamins keep you from breaking out. Thank you for this video.

Hi sheela i am new subscriber and i have enjoyed your videos. I am currently on a plant based diet which mimics the daniel fast due to medical reasons. Now in this video salmon s mentioned and i love salmon but i have high cholesterol and i am working very hard to reduce the cholesterol. I have debated and heard mixed info. Tho salmon is very healthy it has saturated fats also cacao powder the same so i have stayed away from that and just have plant based diet. What are your thoughts about that and any tips. Thank you
