Cooking the perfect organic brown rice (or any other type of rice) is so simple and fast that anyone can do it! You need the right pressure cooker. The one that is shown in this video is called the Aeternum Pressure Cooker from Italy. The size is 5 liters (or 5 quarts) and it's made of Inox 18/10 Stainless Steel.

I also use Aeternum cookers. With brown rice I add 2 cups water to one cup rice or otherwise follow instructions on the packege label. I do NOT shut the flame off once the pot comes up to pressure but instead I lower the flame to keep the pressure steady and low. It basically takes me about 20 minutes to cook brown rice this way and you can figure pressure cookers cut the cooking time by 1/2 over using a regular open pot. The pressure pot cooks standard white rice in about 10 to 12 minutes. .

Nice job well done. And this pressure cooker is very safe. It's known as intrinsically failsafe design as it has an inwards opening lid. The same principle is used on airplane doors they also open inwards and rely on the cabin pressure to hold them shut.

Works awesome ... I use it to make beans (pre-soak over night to cook on high for 10 minutes then heat off natural release for 20 minutes)

If the lid is flexible and body is 0.6mm thin. Then its highly dangerous and can explode any time. The entire pressure cooker body thickness should be at least 2.5mm.
