it is easily the spear with the glyph that makes each throw spawn a random status effect. combine it with the glyph that creates a ring of frost, fire, or bifrost when you hold triangle and you are unstoppable.

I got spoiled when i just wanted to confirm my suspicion that mysterious voice was the character i thought it was. And i thought a Reddit thread would show up but then saw a thumbnail with him. Then again trying to find a videos like this then saw a certain ability as the thumbnail and another thumbnail of kratos talking to a character at the end.
Yep, returned to Ragnarok just for Valhalla. It's been a blast, been grinding it a lot and almost got to the end, I was surprised on how much character development is in for Kratos here, love it!
Im exicted with the way there going. Without spoilers. The boss you fight at the end of each run. His weapons being based on Japan. China and Egypt cultures. I’m hoping it’s leading to games in those cultures. Especially in Egypt

Man this sucks comming back to a game u haven t touch for so long, i forgot everything about the controles and combos, because i platinumed it shortly after release on max difficulty but now i feel like a total noob playing it.
Save your rage for the centaur. make sure to use the one that restores health so when you punch it and the enemies around it you gain back health and then 1v1 Tyr for the 2nd final half.
last night i came across an encounter where i opened a door and immediately fell thru the floor into an infinite sea of blue for a full 5 minutes while i mashed every button combination possible trying to glitch back out, finally shutting my game off and losing my entire run. wasn't really a fan.
Some of the best dlc you’ll ever play, the fact it’s free is insane. It’s so fun to maximize one weapon’s power, like a burning blades build or a throwing spear build
DLC's like this SHOULD be free when you've already given the devs $70+ and they've made HUGE profits off of the base game already... they've sold 11 MILLION units. $70+ x 11 million lol. So forcing people to pay for this DLC would have honestly been sheer greed... the playerbase that already bought the game deserves a free DLC after the amount of money they made Sony. This DLC will just incentivize people that haven't already bought Ragnarok to now buy it. So they'll still be making even more money from this DLC regardless, and they know that.
Ugh I’m trying to do the mastery difficulty with that breaching handicap. Such a pain just for a shield rond. Did they ever find out how to get that last shield rond?
Even though I beat valhalla on a lower difficulty my first go round, I still don't like the fact that you are basically stripped down like as if you are playing the main story for the first time. I immediately felt if they want us gamers to go on this new journey, they would want us to be fully equipped. But that's just my opinion.
Which video of theirs if you don't mind providing it? I haven't watched their GoW content but I respect JorRaptors work, I don't think they'd copy my video.
I struggle with getting back to the ascend thingy i forgor the name of once i finish the rifts, if theres anyway i can get back easier, I would relaly like to be told.

I just got hilt of skofnung from the hilt chest when I killed son of Thor. If I suspend game and restart. Is that hilt now permanent in the hilt relic totem? or do I have to defeat Tyr? in order to keep that hilt?
I think it’s stupid that you get kicked out to the start of you fucking die once you’re like an hour deep and you have to start over and lose everything
Lol that's the point of this style of game. The more you play, the easier it gets. Permanent upgrades help and you also get better at the game as you go. Also try to focus on a specific build each time and use that as your primary attacks.
Tbf I got this as a hand me down from my mate since he no long plays his ps5 and I no longer play my switch lol. I didn’t find it that hard…? Along with the new Spider-Man and such. This also happened when I got his hand me down from the Witcher 3 so 🤷🏻
Yea I made the mistake to do that and I hadn’t played in months. The good thing is that I eventually have gotten better and was able to upgrade my stats faster cuz of the reward boost.
Ah, more unnecessary constant use of "as well" when it's not needed. RUclips changed the algorithm to see who would obey and use bad grammar and would pay them for it. 😆
The spear is my favorite weapon but i do wish they added an element buff when you hold triangle like the axe and blades. I know it detonates the thrown spears but it could of done both so it adds a wind or lightning element buff. Also the stance change or delayed moves are now only on the axe and the blade ones have been removed which sucks as they were the most powerful non runic attack moves in the game and the spear doesn't have those either 😢 Even without these its easily the coolest weapon imo kratos the spartan finally has a spear 😁
There is a perk for the spear that changes elements for each thrown spear and if you combine some of the buffs to the triangle moves and thrown moves it’s becomes absolutely busted
@@stephencalcote6138 yh I've been doing this it adds a storm around you of the current element on the spear. Very cool I just wish this or as I said a triangle element feature was on the spear in single player. Oh well the game is great and this is a minor gripe.
@@O-o-Azazel-o-O that move is good but it’s for the hold r2 imbument sometimes I can get it to proc off rainbow spear but not every time but if you add enhanced throw(hold l2 for 2-3 sec and combine it with detonating spear plus blessed spear and enhanced spear throw you now have easy mode on give me mastery lol

That's tough to choose cause, even though I'm not too good at it, I like mixing up each weapon in a fight

I personally use the blades and spam the triangle plus r2 it deletes everything even on show me mastery
I use both the blades and the spear, ngl I rarely have used the axe on my Valhalla runs.

I enjoyed this content quite a bit. There really isn’t much replay ability and it’s quite short but for free dlc it’s a 10/10!

Stuck at Tyrs final fight. That Centaur messed me up.
Im soooo bad at using the axe (my worst weapon) but I could only complete it so far by doing a ranged axe run. (Difficulty 3/5)

I Love God of War , this Vallaha is off the charts, keep , dieing though but a lot of fun make
I beat the final tyr fight and was screaming in joy. I beat him using pure will and drapnir came in Clutch along with the blades

The Atreus DLC won't be a DLC, it'll be a game, similar to Spider-Man Miles Morales; in length
If u can reload your relic that pauses time it's easy. The Axe is the most powerful if u pimp it out

No sir. Whatever weapon you choose in the first room, dictates which weapon can get attuned in the higher realms
More rage= more total health so it’s not exactly as clear cut as “go for health first obviously”

Just press the recording button on the PS controller, save the last 15 or 30 minutes of gameplay, and retrace your steps.

You have to defeat the berserker king to unlock the hilt of sköfnug permanently.
