Thanks for sharing some history about Indonesia. So many visitors have no idea. Btw you are extremely courageous to eat some of the things you choose. Ive been here for 30 years and it took me at least 10 years to be accustomed to the flavours and chilli spice. Excellent job. 👍

He would be walking well over 10k steps each day. That's an extra 600 calories per day to eat what he likes. Double that at 20k steps.
