When u come to india go to urban polished places like new delhi or bangalore, and yeah i know new mumbai is also developing at an astonishin rate that and its airport & warehouses

Really nice vlog... though I would advice u guys to always order classic version of the dish first before u move to fusion version... eg to relish the real taste of a famous momo shop u should order normal steamed vegetarian/chicken momo or fried vegetarian/chicken momo... it will give u the real taste for which that shop became famous and then it graduated to introducing fusion flavors... similarly, for omlette u should try the classic omlette/ bread omlette first instead of overloaded pizza/fusion omlette where they add a lot of stuff n sometimes make it over the top... similarly for dosas.. the classic ones are plain, masala, rawa, rawa onion, mysore masala dosa etc... rest other doses like schezwan dosa,spring dosa, pizza dosa etc are all fusion versions and do not give u the real taste of the classic version.
