    That looks delicious. I would probably add diced carrots, celery, and peas for a bit more veggie action (and color). Thanks for the recipe !

    I was going to ask why there are no onions or garlic, but then I realised, the leek is sort of the similar to them.

    Could the cooked pie be frozen and reheated at a later date?

    What about cleaning the chopping board all cross contamination

      All the ingredients are going in the same pot, so most of the bacteria is gone. And don't forget that this will be baked in the oven as well so none of the germs/bacteria is left. 😄😄😄😄
