    I saw the core touring group of Jerry Douglas, Sam Bush, Bela Fleck, Edgar Meyer, Stuart Duncan, and Bryan Sutton on the left coast in Carmel about a month ago with 4th row dead center seats and they was freekin AWEsome. I would have LOVED seeing them with the additions here of Sierra Hill and Molly Tuttle and Billy Strings.

    I can appreciate bluegrass. But similar to the blues, after listening to it for half an hour or so Im ready for something else. Not that some of it does not transcend, but I find most bluegrass to be formulaic cliche and derivative of something better that has already been done by someone else. Its a traditional foremost but not really evolving much as a musical art form.

    • @dj_rare80
      @dj_rare80  Год назад +1

      Ha seriously, you took the time type all that out to somehow prove how cool you are as if any mainstream genre of music or art isn't formulaic & derivative?!
      When there's actual original artists/virtuosos/prodigys on the stage in this one, who happen to be playing a old traditional tune to close the show of their new, mind bending, evolving bluegrass album
      You may want to look up some of the names first and then report back if any of their original music isn't breaking new ground
