Like pointed out in the video, such a major issue with kpop fans is that they treat people's suffering as a means of entertainment rather than drawing attention to the issue at hand (e.g. victims) , with fans treating social and political issues as way to launch witchhunts against celebrities or make problematic implications about an idol's beliefs based on mistakes they've made in the past that don't necessarily show that they advocate for such beliefs. I understand that due to recent events, the political parts of kpop are becoming more evident now than ever but sometimes I feel like the two should be seen as separate when appropriate.
Stop acting like you care about NewJeans more than their parents do. The fact that you're even hating on their parents in the first place shows that you don't really care about the members. The parents have shown how much they cared about their daughters on and off camera. If you actually watch NewJeans content you would know this.
I definitely think he was a victim. This woman chased after him as a trainee. Exposed their relationship right when his group started gaining popularity. And then dumps him for another man after 6 years. She wasted his time and broke his heart bc of her selfishness. He might not be traumatized by it but still his life and career was extremely negatively affected by her actions.
@@larynadams1127 How did Hyuna “chase after him?” And even if she did, so? Obviously, he liked the chase. That does not make him a victim. He was and still is a fully capable grown man. And they broke up over a ago, no one left anyone for anyone else. You can't say she wasted his time or broke his heart when he chose to be with her and you don't even know why they broke up. What he did with his career was his choice, no one else’s. Again, blaming Hyuna for Dawn’s decisions is blatant misogyny.
@lemonkookie I find it very sus that she didn't marry the man she'd been with for 6 years but got with the man she knew for a few months and all of a sudden is ready for marriage. Ain't no way there was no cheating involved.

Fans who think Hyuna is betraying people doesnt even know how light her fiancé was in the case it was still bad don’t get me wrong but people are still saying seungri is innocent even though he made the night club and made that idea fans that are whining saying she betrayed you are actually insane because she doesn’t know you
Exactly! like honestly One Hyuna is a grown ass woman and she is allowed to make her own choice (Wether her (ex)fans like it or not, like the hate she is getting over actual criminals is Crazy to me. Hyuna and Junhyung despite his Icky past have known each other for decades They knew each other since they were both 16 as Trainee's so don't know Why people keep saying they can't believe she married a man she barely knew like what were they even real fans or just people who jump on the band wagon of hate. They just never dated publicly until now (Maybe Privately Who knows) and also While he def deserved to get punished he was no where near as guilty as those disgusting men who committed multiple heinous crimes and I really hate when people down play the crimes of the Others (Like fans saying Seungri is Innocent or repented after only 3 years) in Burning Sun (Who In my opinion should have got longer sentences) when comparing with him when Junhyung's only crime aside from being a creep was not reporting when he saw the video and being a bystander who let Burning Sun happen when he could have reported and prevent more victims getting hurt.

Newjeans parents don’t gaf about them and it’s sad 😬
I agree! So disturbing.

Dawn is not a victim, but I do think hyena is an incredibly selfish person.
“hyena” 💀

They probably are in a cult 😭
Idk why lisa wants to be a rapper she should just get some vocal lessons and pull a britney
I agree with this sooo much😅, her vocals are good, but everytime she starts rapping I cringe.
