    i do not know if its a good thing to ask but what is the total cost of drums cymbals and the brush i am thinking to buy drums to do things like this

      Thank you for asking.
      It's hard to say how much it would cost in general, but you might be able to get it if you have about $1000 to get it all for starters.
      If you only get the brushes first, you can practice using newspaper, cardboard, etc. instead of a snare drum.

      What I can say, it is indeed smart to practice with brushes on a newspaper. I‘m doing this all the time in hotel rooms.
      These days, quality drums are more affordable than ever, if you look for good stuff. I bought an excellent small kit used for 80€, and nice vintage cymbals for another 110. This and occasionally new drumheads is all I would ever need for serious gigging and recording. An entirely different level to what I could get some 40 years ago for 800€ as a beginner’s kit. Beyond this, I‘m buying stuff only for convenience or out of curiosity.
