- This is a tour of my 130 square feet apartment in Oakland California. The rent is $1,345 per month plus utlities. The apartment also includes large kitchens and eating areas on each floor and hang out, game rooms and laundry in building.
• Mi pequeño apartamento...
This video is so wholesome and nice. I hope this guy is doing well! Nice apt too!
This is why I moved out of Oakland. I stay in a Studio $675 in Vegas. Same space in Oakland $1498. Im good. I had to get out of the Bay. I love Vegas. More Bang for your buck
And this is why I live in Alabama (Tuscaloosa is a university town) I live in a nice 2 bedroom, very spacious apartment with plenty of storage for $600. I just can’t see myself paying an arm and a leg for something that tiny! My bedroom is bigger than his apartment!
Just saw some videos about the 211 studios in downtown Vegas.
I think these apt developers are teaching us a lesson
We Don't need a lot of stuff
Nice bachelor pad, very efficient and economical. I like that you are keeping it real. It's great having a 2nd closet for luggage and winter blankets. You will need a fan.
It's a little bit plain n minimalist but I'm a firm believer you do what works for you in your space. I'd definitely would utilize that 1/2 bathroom though because I don't want to use basically a public toilet.
And i would rather have my own bath then to share one.
You can find great things and essential items at Dollar Tree or Dollar General stores. You can get good snacks and food items as well
Get a portable a/c you can vent out the window and not have to install it. Lots of duct tape and foam core to cover the window hole.
This is right across the street from where I work! Thanks for sharing - like your video; good job.
Very nice. All the colors match up nicely. Good eye. 😊😊
You did a great job. Not cluttered at all.
Dang. Live in Columbus, Ohio. I can get a full bathroom, oven, fridge, sink in 150sf for 400 dollars a month.
This gave me some good ideas for my 170 sq ft apartment in Hollywood that I’ll be moving into in about a month. Thanks for sharing this, gave me ideas on how to layout the space better
Not using the half bath is hella crazy. also not showing it is too,
and the second closet, buggin
What's a half bath?
@@gloriabowie5629 A half bath is a room with only a toilet and sink, no tub/shower.
Maybe he has literal crap everywhere lol.
I like your place!! I'm about to move into 300 sq ft haha. Wow, that painting you did was awesome. Are you gonna make new videos? I really enjoyed this one!!
omg i love the brick wall
Really nice, and good lord, you're so neat. Add a few plants. They'll add color and help cool you room. How much is rent?
That is a bit larger than my room and I have 2 cats, a SHIT-TON of stuff, that I have accumulated over the years. Thanks for posting.
He pays $1345 a month plus utilities.
Make the other closest into an office
I think you're paying too much, but I admire your economical use of space.
Cheaper than living in San Jose!
nice job for a bachelor. good use of space. use your own toilet.
Why would he not use bathroom on his apartment 😂
I like your apartment good use of space if you make more show us what you do make for food and what you do for other. Meals
Such a dope apartment! I just started my channel and also just posted an apartment tour! Let me know what you think 😉
Lordy lordy you need some natural materials and plants and art............. I'm a minimalist but could not live like this but everyone to their own. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy
Blessings from NY
very compact design. I like it. 😁
Never never in a million years would I live in California.
Best state in the U.S.
Not hardly.
This was helpful thanks
So nice!
sweet spot
Where do you take a shower? We do you plug in your coffee maker? The price seems to be pretty good. I would use my own bathroom during this pandemic though.
Very cute! Good for you on your place. Nice view too. Blessings to you 🙏
It's still more expensive than I thought I was thinking more like 700 a month. But according to your description you have access to a kitchen and a lingerie so that sounds pretty good. I could make it work too. Must be an inexpensive area.
Hopefully the bathroom across the hall has at least a shower?! Is it a community bathroom..meaning you share it with others? But I'd definitely be using my own bathroom whenever possible. But you made very good use of the space. Definitely looks bigger than 100 something sq feet.
@ARISE AND SHINE I'm with you guys but he said he uses the community one because he doesn't have to clean it. I knew a guy who slept on the floor so he wouldn't have to make his bed.
@@UncleRichard. that's funny.
Very nice and clean
Very neat, it reminds me of a college dorm
I love it like this.
Just bare essentials and you're good to sleep
nice👍
How do you cook then? Is it always take-out?
you would have made a video of the apparment you stayed nyc
Not an apartment that's just a room with a sink.
Slang not sling. and that does not turn into a couch, it's a futon that is a couch that opens to a bed.
HAHAHA, thats the way- point out his mistakes.
Where is this apartment located?
That is Not an apartment it’s like my dorm room( minus the kitchen sink/area and bathroom coz we had those in a separate area in the hallway) Although I do believe my dorm was bigger. But I didn’t have those views- I had shitty views
You are not maximizing your space properly, at all.
How much is your rent?
1345
I pay 1200 for a 130sq studio in Little Tokyo, LA
$1345.00 😳 so California is priced like NYC
@@willahmena9149 I pay $1200 for a 130sqf apt in Little Tokyo, LA..I think it's worth every penny
How much is that rent? Was it from a particular housing program?
Probably Section 4 (instead of 8) because it's so tiny.
Hahahahaha
@@membear Section 4! 🤣😂
What is a half bath?
Just a toilet. No shower
Great space, but not great used. A lot of wasted space. If you don't use the 1/2 bath at least show it...
What wasted space?
I too would like to know what space he is wasting? He has nothing.
You could show want the bathroom looks like.
sorry to say this... you have space but not utilise it properly... if you rearrange your stuff properly it will look like a home and not just an apartment...
what a miserable way to live
Totally a guy place..
