That’s wild. We pay almost that much for a one bedroom on the peninsula. How did you find this??? Did she ever say where this was? I didn’t watch the whole thing…
The peninsula is more expensive than even SF. My guess is that’s she’s in east bay, hence the use of “Bay Area” instead of naming a city.

Just in case you decide to move again someday, think about Roseville, Folsom, Granite Bay, and El Dorado Hills. They're the best and safest places on Earth to live.
