- This 10-minute mindful meditation is designed for the complete beginner. We will learn how to pay attention to the breath, and notice when the mind wanders from this task. This practice of returning to the breath builds the muscles of attention + mindfulness. When we pay attention to our breath, we are learning how to return to, and remain in, the present moment - to anchor ourselves in the here and now on purpose, without judgment.

This rlly helped me, i am a beginner in mediation and I always got frustrated and always opened my eyes when my body tells me to, I could never meditate past 5 minutes because I always struggle with it. Generally I am not able to sit and do meditation but this video is really helpful and I really wanna appreciate ur efforts , one request I have - background music which u have used in this meditation session please share the link for that if possible
Thank you! Soothing music and nice meditation. I found myself yawning a lot and letting go of tension. Is this a Himalaya salt crystal on the electric socket? I didn´t know there are so little Himalaya salt lamps.
