When runinng the game the first time I get a blue screen that says Error (love "boot.lua") 32B no code to run Your game might be packaged incorrectly Make sure main lua is at the tp level of the zip I'm using the amazon games version but I thought they would all work fine...

@@itsnevertoolatetolearn4875 Tomato OS was used in this video. I have a follow up video already published which goes through the setup steps. Since this video was published, the newest custom firmware built on top of the default experiments called CrossMix OS. They just released a new version 1.2
After you purchase the game on Steam, the game files can be transferred to the gamedata folder of the PortMaster package. It turns the smart pro into something like a mini pocket steamdeck for indie games.
I’m working on a guide, just need to remember by steps with a fresh install of Tomato. In general, when it fails to launch a game it leaves the error in a log.txt file. I think the error for Panzer Paladin was they used a fancy notation for redirecting stderr with |& which is not supported in the shell script of TrimUI. I put the error into Bing chat and it gave me the replacement line of text.
At this point, I would recommend crossmix. There is some very cool development happening and it’s preserving the speed gains in psp from the latest stock
This was using the latest TomatoOS. I like that it has better performance with Vulkin which the Custom Firmwares don’t have yet. But the newly developed Knulli developer dropped a public build today for TSP which also has PortMaster support
@@PatrickBateman12369 for emulation, make sure to get the latest 1.0.4 update for better Vulkin support on PSP. Stock is good enough to use regularly, but is missing PortMaster and emulation on less popular systems

@@Valcrist37 how I got it to work is in my next video. It needed some handholding to adjust that script to run in ash instead of bash shell

Do you need to make a copy on to a better micro SD card for this one to or is the one it comes with it a main brand one?
