I just want to say thank you for breaking this down. Every other creator I've seen has said what you need to do (create a sales funnel and email launch sequence) to launch a product but not HOW to do those things (here is what needs to go in each of these emails and on your sales page)

I get so inspired seeing how clear and focused your content is, how successful you are, and how you are just a nice, everyday guy (I mean that as a compliment). One little piece of feedback - not sure about everyone else, but the marker sound on the flipchart is almost as tough for my ears as finge****ls on a chalkb***d (can't even type it without cringing). ;) Tell me when your birthday is and I'll get you a nice large markerboard. :) I'm sure it's not as bad for everyone else. My ears have always been super sensitive to that sound. But, not the end of the world. I just muted when you were writing. But, anyway, thanks for all you do! You're really are such a lift and an inspiration for me.

Hey, Jeff. Just came across your video here from a couple years ago. I've gone through it diligently taking notes, but I am having a little trouble replacing the service being sold in the video, with t-shirts. Our take is that we're making more artful shirts, however, I'm not certain if there's a huge "change in life" with a nicer t-shirt. How they embody it?... I suppose we could show people wearing the shirts for that part. Just seems a little more basic. Your process really interests me and it seems to collaborate what I've watched from a handful of other educators. Each time though I am left wondering if it will work for our business. If you have any examples of this system for physical products, I would love to see/hear examples of how that might look. I'm convinced of the wisdom you're sharing. Just not sure of the application, but hoping for the solution! Thanks, Jeff!
If you are applying this model to a physical product, you don’t necessarily have to follow every step. You could apply it to your business in a way that it fits, but you can’t replicate every step. Hope this helps

Im no Jeff Walker, been doing marketing decently the last 5 years selling products generating 1,000-3k a day recently and about 2-3 35k products a month. If your selling phone cases or ecom I would condense the process on a sales page. Marketing is nothing more than content. Specifically Hooks, Content & Offers. Jeff figured out how to deliver it in the most effective way using those 3 variables.
Hype new products with display store banners. Create a story or event around your products. Start collecting emails so you can have that in your data base in case of a promotion. And also why are you not online yet. I ask that without judging

Gosh thats a lot of emails, if I saw something like that I'd unsubscribe after the 2nd email . Hate people keep pestering. What's your thoughts on this ? Isn't it quite annoying to be receiving SOOO Many emails ???
