    #Kohberger #Evidence #idaho4update
As the case against Bryan Kohberger continues to unfold, a blend of forensic evidence and behavioral analysis paints a complex picture of the accused. The latest developments raise critical questions: How does the mounting evidence against Kohberger align with his recent courtroom demeanor, and what implications could this have for the upcoming trial?
Kohberger, accused of a horrific crime in Moscow, Idaho, has become the focal point of intense scrutiny. A crucial aspect of the case revolves around DNA knife sheath at the crime scene. This DNA evidence, according to former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani, who spoke on the "Hidden Killers" podcast with Tony Brueski, is particularly compelling. "It's on the knife sheath... Pretty strong evidence," Rahmani stated. This aligns with the understanding that DNA, especially when found in such a critical location, significantly bolsters the prosecution's case.
However, the defense has highlighted the presence of other DNA at the crime scene, suggesting a need for broader investigation. This argument points to the complexity of evidence in a house that was reportedly a social hub, potentially containing DNA from numerous individuals.
Another key component of the prosecution's strategy is Kohberger's phone records. While his phone didn't ping off towers at the murder time, its data may reveal crucial insights. Rahmani alludes to leaked information about alleged Instagram direct messages between Kohberger and one of the victims, hinting at a possible stalking motive. The prosecution might leverage this to construct a narrative around Kohberger's alleged obsession with the victims, providing jurors with a 'why' behind the heinous act. (Audioboom.com)

With the crime scene being so bloody wouldn’t Kohberger have carried blood on himself into the car??

And he would have had multiple layers on removed and bagged before getting into car. Plus all the time needed to clean car . BC Canadian case where 3 women in a homicide case the perp covered inside of car with plastic also wrapped steering wheel pedals and all controls in plastic he used coveralls one plastic one material in crime and even taped the arm and leg ends . He was caught by a forensic botanist who found some seeds trapped under his car from a plant that only grows where he placed the bodies ...bingo.

*BK didn’t stalk them according to the requirements of Idaho stalking laws, which are outdated. The victim needs to be aware of being stalked for it to qualify as stalking according to ID law

Explain one thing please. Kaylees father said she was stabbed over 50 times and her face was brutally beaten in. STAMINA is needed for one person to do this alone. It was also said Maddie’s eas close to be decapated. This takes time to do. Now all of this Bryan goes down to the second floor and kills Ethan who is six foot four and then he kills Xana who the coroner said fought for her life. Now come on you still think one person did this? Look at Bryan he’s no Hulk Hogan!

The murders were committed in such a compressed timeframe that it makes me wonder whether or not Kohberger was just full of manic rage fueled by adrenaline, or if he was under the influence of some kind of drug(s). He did struggle with a drug addiction at some point in his life, which leads me to wonder. (Most people that struggle with addiction don’t go on to commit murder of course).
