I saw them live a few weeks before they made it big in a nightclub in Liverpool. The main club was playing crap music but had other rooms where bands were playing so I went in there and found these guys playing. Great gig
A rare case where I actually liked a song specifically because of the music video. This used to be on UK music video channels all the time, and there was always a 'must watch', hypnotic quality about the slightly surreal mix of imagery here and how well the movements through the scenes carry on from each other and match the beats. To this day, I'm not entirely sure what it's about, but that's part of what kept me watching.
Their were really popular in 2003 ,2004 and 2005 but in 2007 , they performed their songs at the O2 arena in London. Now they broke up I'm really sad. 😔

I was about 15 when this band first burst into the charts in the UK in 2004. At the time there wasn't a lot of open, positive LGBTQI+ representation in the mainstream media (if there was, it was hard for me to find because I don't think RUclips existed until I was 16)...so for someone like me who lived in a rural area, they helped me through a lot of stuff when I was being beaten up at school by the homophobes. I still listen to them now and again! They'll always have a place in my heart, just like they do for many of you listening right now, I'm sure!
