Here with my first ever pregnant morning routine!💕
disclaimer: I haven’t had a full coffee in 4 months and rarely drink them I’ve had 5 coffees my entire pregnancy but I thought I’d spice this video up a bit! So I don’t need comments saying why are you drinking coffee because if you follow me on Snapchat you already know I never do.
Disclaimer: my baths are NEVER hot I have warm baths.
I take my pregnancy seriously and Ryan and I go to regular doctors appointments and follow everything he says for me to do. I’ve noticed some comments telling me how to be pregnant and it’s frustrating. I’ve been extremely healthy for my babies and I don’t need negative people on my channel!

Currently 20 weeks with my first baby and I honestly can’t get enough of hard boiled eggs for breakfast just by themselves ! I’m obsessed and I never used to like eggs 🤣

Jashira Santiago baths are GOOD for you when your pregnant Love! Your thinking hot tubs 😂 . Your doctor will recommend baths most likely to you if you have back pain like I do, perfectly safe and healthy for the baby. But they say no hot tubs because of the bacteria!💕

You can always ask your doctor any of these questions on what’s safe and they’ll tell you as well!

You need to eat more then just toast in the mornings . You are pregnant and you are eating for 2 . If you don’t take care of your self and your baby something could happen to your baby . I’m 8 months pregnant and for example I eat eggs and cereal or I’ll mix it up a bit but I make sure it’s enough for me and my baby ..
Amanda Carroll my girls are 6 months old now and are extremely healthy!☺️ lol this video is old. You don’t need to be so hard on yourself and the doctor always tells you to not over eat. I suggest you take that advice!☺️
