Nice! Hoping to see more videos of the new AU paired with the old V2 goggles. I’ll be trying mines out that way with FETtec gear once it arrives, thanks for sharing
And that with the older V2 Goggles Wow! Must be a huge step up with the new Goggles again. My Dji O3 Unit is on the way, next days testing it out. Great to see what it can do.
From the first seconds of video I could tell those bars would be visible in the video. that camera needs to be mounted far in front in order to get a clear view
Yup. My question is, are there gonna be ANY frames, even the redesigned ones, that will give good camera protection AND no standoffs in view? Or, does the 155 degree FOV give us such a wide view we either have it protected or get standoffs or props in view. Can we have it both protected and clear picture?
put the goggles into dji fpv mode, go to dji assistant there will be updates there that don't show when the goggles are in any other mode, install the latest update, bind easy
@@Atlas_FPV its just what bardwell said in this review and looking at the detail difference was what I thought. Im just going to get new the googles and use naked pro nebula , ,vistas and naked GoPros as the overall weight is about the same and i can move the naked gopro to my other 7 quads though i will get 1 new airunit for a 5inch maybe. It’s still 50mbps so what you gain in image about 10% if thats a big difference you lose in latency so i dont see a net gain over a vista. Overall its not really a step up other than 4k recording.
@@kerrymillar4981 Yeah, I saw the still images Bardwell showed. Watched them on a 43" 4K TV, and it makes sense because 810P is already very good, so there's a slight difference in 1080P, but just a tad. It's the 03 system vs. the 02 system in the Vista/Link. Further range and clearer for longer with higher bit rate. Did you see the clarity out by that sign, with only 2 - 3 mbps but rate? Still so clear!Supposed to do 10km vs. what we have with Vista which is about 2 - 3km. The way it looks when it loses signal in our goggles looks different too. Instead of getting very pixelated, it loses focus some. More like what we would think "focus mode" would be... A loss of focus. Obviously, the biggest thing is the onboard 4k recording. Me, I don't care much about recording flights, because I haven't found a use for that video. I don't go back and watch those recordings more than once, then they just sit on a hard drive. So, I gave up recording HD flights long ago. For me, it'd be all about the long range and better clarity while out farther. Getting great clarity all the way down to around 2mbps bit rate is CraZy! 😎🤘 Everything kind comes together to give us the total real improvements when we add the OLED Goggles 2. Then we see the 1080P image in the Goggles 2 with the improved saturation, contrast, etc. with all the above things too! If DJI really comes through and makes the Goggles 2 fully compatible with the Vista/Link, and there's aftermarket foam to make them fit great, then I may jump for the whole enchilada!!! What else am I gonna spend my money on that I'll enjoy more than this? Lol 🤷😎🤘
@@KOrnhOliO1 i know that it’s basically a vista in a the 03 airunit and he didn’t show the quads and when he turned around he got worse signal because the antennas are shorter on the old airunit if you use a longer antenna on the vista you get the same results did you see any difference when he was flying away from himself no it was only when he turned around and if you had see his quads you would see that he has a top mount battery that blocked the antenna,s watch mad tech he has done a tear down of the 03 airunit he has said its the same as a vista just. And in bardwells testing the bit rate as down to 2 mbps on the old airunit and 3 mbps the lowest on the new airunit maybe take you sun glass of and have another look lol ive done 13km with a vista with a clear picture you will find the new airunit will be the same
Nice rip and review!
I got one ordered but can’t wait. Watching every video about it will have to do.
Nice one mate 🤙🏼

I got in line for kiss ultra and bought fettec v3 fc and fettec esc to hold me over till the sweetness of ultra arrives

Can't wait for mine to arrive! I'm going to cram it into my babyhawk ii hd one way or another. Looks amazing
Double sided mounting tape FTW
Mate you need an old school Source 1 frame 👍 cam fits perfectly 🤘 I bet your stoked mate 😎🔥🔥🔥
The AOS v2 is a better choice. Like it was made fir it.
@@creationlabsinc.189 After he redesigned his frames, it actually is made for it! 😎🤘
Thanks for the video. Cool to see your take on the 03.
I'm subb'n ya bro
You rock
I might have to get one of these for my flying wings 😊
Just subscribed
cant wait for mine pyro ships monday. Already have a 3d printed mount for my iflight SL5 if it shows standoffs in its normal mounting
Dope video! can you share a partslist?

Direct bolt in?
Hey...thanks for this.
video improvement in V2 goggles over original air unit/vista?
Focus mode change?
Should have been goggle recording.
Lunette v1 ou lunette v2?
Merci
was it raining man?
Slightly LOL
Hey man! I cant get my O3 air unit to pair with my Goggles V2. Do you need to be in DJI Avata mode on your goggles?

Watch JB's video from yesterday. More complicated than we think. First time anyway...
How can you fly in the rain with no issues and no stress 😮
Thats what happens when you live in Wales LOL
Very little difference between them I think apart from 4K at 60fps is the big difference. Picture in googles looks the same
There is a quite a big difference in the image in the goggles, have you flown it?

Might have been nice to hear what you have to say, but I refuse to listen to goofy robotic music for anybody..........🤣
