And literally every time I did, even if I failed, I felt a hundred times better than if I hadn't actually done what I wanted to do. I know that this sounds stupid. But take this from someone who used to be a skinny 110 lb shy guy with ugly long hair and pimples who would sometimes just talk to 3 people in a day(And that counts just saying "Hi") and would never get looked at by girls EVER. Now I have gained 25 lbs of muscle mass in the last two years, I feel amazing, I have kissed girls who I could never imagine getting even the slightest bit of attention from a couple years ago. I know that you can become the best version of yourself. And I'm telling you this because I WISH someone would have told this to me YEARS ago. But it's absolutely never to late to make a difference. All it takes is one small step. I know that may sound stupid, but hey, if you wanna know how I started: I was just bored one night and started to do some pushups. If you want any help I'd be more than willing to help you out. Mainly because I never had anyone like that.

I went out with my female friends alot, and it helped me be more comfortable around woman.
