I unknowingly installed the family safe on my kid's device first and then from the app i got the information that a parent device is needed for controlling it . And now I am unable to connect in the parent's device . .....I haven't set any pin on my kid's device .....I am in a big trouble now

Thanks for nice description. To monitor my child's phone is it must "Location" should be always ON?

If you need to track your kid's locatioin, then the GPS should always be on.

Hi, You wouldn't be able to see every text message on your kids' devices, FamiSafe will only send you alerts when some suspicious keywords are detected.
