Pay attention to the Cons. I have adopted well over half of my 10 huskies. People get the husky because of looks, but the cons are why people get rid of them. None of my adopted huskies had anything wrong with them, it is just people didn't want to deal with the cons. Another con not listed is there is hair all over the place and on you 365 days a year.
Good on you for warning potential Husky owners! Years ago I adopted a 5 month old (mostly) Husky/Shep/Doberman and had no idea how energetic he would be. It took me a couple of months to adjust to his extensive exercise needs. He was difficult to train at first but eventually became super obedient. He was an awesome companion but if you don't have the time and energy, you would be much better off just getting a picture of one.

All true here but it varies with the individual husky , talking from experience. Still would not trade my best friend for the world.

Everything stated here is accurate, from my experience. They can be protective against intruders, but they can also just greet them, as the video states. It depends how the intruder is perceived.
