    گندم کا آٹا اگر پتھر کی چکی سے موٹا سوجی جیسا پسوایا جائے تو اس سے شوگر کم بڑتی ھے۔ اگر کٹر والی چکی کا ہو تو اس میں فائبر جل جاتا ھے۔ وہ بھی میدے کی طرح بہت جلد شوگر کا لیول اوپر کر دیتا ھے۔

    Sir bahut saari videos me log batate hai ki aate me gluten hota hai jo ki hamari sharir k liye bahut harmful hota hai, aur kai log to aatta 1-2 mahine bilkul bhi nhi khate

    My observation is that this doctor does not have a proper understanding of diet and simply reads off the internet.
    He is not a researcher and therefore should avoid on topics where he is misguided.
    Alternately he can speak from personal experience of particular foods.

    I am college student. I go to my college by walk which is 3km from my home. Coming and going takes 6km . Then at night i have night shift job also. In this job i stand for almost 5 hrs. Is this ok for my legs. I am doing more exercises or normals please tell . My age is 19. More walk is risky or not

    To iska matlab ye hua ki aata nahi khana chahiye kyoki ye Pani me nahi ghulta.
    Ek report k mutabik Dr Khadar Wali ne bhi apni research me paya he ki aata khane se hi Diabetes hota he.
