First id like to say”ang pretty pretty talaga nila Anna😘”....Secondly when you mentioned you went to Home Depot (and maybe only Anna can find a blooming torch cactus for $7 and more🤷🏻‍♀️)i was ready to run there too, might have the luck you have, then you comment this was 3 weeks ago(im too late)Anyway, love them all,and thanks for sharing.Always looking forward to watch your videos!

Haha. Home Depot has reasonable prices for their cactus. That pink trichocereus, I paid $30 for that pot from a nursery. 😣

Oh so lovely. I love Trichocereus. Love the first two. Wow your home depot has great stuff. It's rare to get big cactus over here. Our weather is similar and opposite. We got 94 degrees but I'm guessing humidity today is ridiculously high. I call days like this soup days because you can push through the air it's as thick as soup.

Your blooms are beautiful Ana . I have three large ones like yours without names that have been blooming. Two have set seed pods that are round and fat. One split open and was attacked by ants that quickly devoured a fibrous filling that had really tiny black seeds. I'm going to try to save the second pod from the ants but wonder how to collect the seeds. Does it need to dry out first? The pod reminded me of dragon fruit centers..

Thanks for the links. The second video was the most helpful. I'm going to look in my garden area for that split pod. It was still green and may have split from the heat or my watering it when I got it home. It looks like it really helps if the pods are.dried out when collected

Hi Clyde! I actually did that. 😃 I took some pollen from the trichocereus and placed it on the echinopsis and now the echinopsis has a seed pod! The only thing is I forgot from which trichocereus I took the pollen from. 🤭 Hahaha. But then again, bees are always in my garden so they do their own pollination, too.

Yes sometimes pollinators give us new plants! Like my Euphorbia enigma. That's funny , you can't remember which trichocereus😄 !!! It should be quite the suprised then!!!
