I've been using the program with this problem for a loong time until now! Thanks from Rio de Janeiro, Brasil!
Thank you very much for this video. I had to get windows 10 (which I hate!!!). I cant thank you enough. Thumbs way up and also subscribed.
thank you for this fix. i quit using corel for a while because of this annoyance in work speed but i am again using it and learning more at a faster pace due to this. thank you again.
You have just saved me a lot of messing around. Thank you so much :)
This is a great work around, Just a note, If you use a left hand mouse it will not let you drag and drop. You will need to reset your mouse to right hand and it works fine. After it is set up you can go back to left handed and everything still works
Very Very helpful............ Thank you
Thanks for the video it is very helpful. You saved me from having to upgrade CorelDraw Just to regain the menu.
GREAT workaround. Thank you.

Perfect solution!
Very clever! Tyvm
I was forced to reinstall X5 to use an add on I need. I can make the new toolbar no problem but on the hidden bar there are a few missing items so I cannot transfer them to my new toolbar. Any work arounds for that?
great!
for some reason i cant drag any of the commands. neither from the tool bar with the alt ctl method or from the customize menu
I am unable to drop each button into the file toolbar. It stays separate, so it is its own toolbar.
It's 7 years later and I am STILL on X5 because I can't afford to go to the latest. This was a very helpful tutorial but I still have a problem. ALL my icons are TINY!! This app does not change when I tell windows display to 125% or 150% like my other apps do. I have a 4k display and the icons are about too small to see; especially trying to hit those tiny black corner triangles when you want to access another tool. Help!!
I'm sorry. I haven't worked on X5 for years. From what I remember the only way to make them bigger was to drop the screen res.
Thanks anyways. I found it burried under options. Its not one place but you have to do it for each tool bar separately. @@MRmjellis
i cant find my "edit" button in the hidden tool bar it says file, then view
Hi Christopher. Did you maybe skip it when you created the toolbar? If so you can simply hold ctrl and alt and drag it from the old toolbar onto the new toolbar again. Thanks for watching!
