Could well be CAN's best ever group of T&F Athletes; Andre De Grasse, Christopher Morales-Williams, Marco Arop, Sarah Mitton, Camryn Rogers, Ethan Katzberg, Alysha Newman, Savannah Sutherland, Audrey Leduc, Pierce LePage, Damian Warner, Mo Ahmed, Aaron Brown, Lucia Stafford, Lauren Gale, Zoe Sherar, Ceili McCabe, Jean-Simon Desgagnes, M&W 4x1 & W4x4 Teams!
Jamaica's Thomson just won the men's 100 in 9.77 fourth fastest time ever. Andre is a class athlete. As for Audrey she will need sub 11 to make the semis in Paris
Over 11:09 secs at 100m will.likely place one last in the Paris Olympics 2024. Top 4 American sprinters all qualified with less than 11 secs. Top 3 Jamaicans all qualified with less than 11 secs
Andre clocking 10:20 is not good at all. Before training when he was discovered, he ran 10:15 secs and was picked up and professionally trained. If he runs this slow in Paris Olympics 2024, he could place last as well.
Why is not running the 200? Hopefully there's more to come in the 100. It's crazy how fast the US and Jamaican athletes have been running in their trials. The Canadian athletes need to get on whatever those guys are on.
Shameful and disgusting. I don't understand why they would host this event in Montreal when the facilities are bad. There is traxktown USA in Oregon. I'm sure canada can emulate, build something in calgary or vancouver and host national competition over there. Also, why didn't cbc or ctv broadcast this event live. It is a lack of genuine interest in things like this, immature nuances that has gotten so many of my friends and acquaintances to leave this country. The immaturity and silly nuances is just unpardonable 🧠
@@haileiyesus8They ran in poor conditions on a dodgy track that was patched up the week before the meet. You can see the patch work on the track. Eliezer Adjibi who finished second has a sub 10 clocking this year in better conditions .
Wow 🎉🎉🎉 Canada 🇨🇦 is blessed to have Andre 🥇
so why aren't you broadcasting our national olympic trials????
Yeah I was hoping they would!
Spent their budget on bonuses.
@@thosearentpillows5638 😂lol. But I’m grateful that at least they will broadcast whole Olympics.
Exactly!
Exactly
Merci Audrey 💝 You are so Fast !

He’s one of the bests 🎉.
Great job cousin! I am a Leduc too, but from Puerto Rico.🙂
Sarah Mitton is such a gem ❤
There’s a typo in the description for Audrey’s name, it says Andre leduc

Canada is sooooo bad for showing us athletics and being able to support our athletes...
I would have liked not knowing from the video title who won.

CBC let's you comment on Sports but nothing else. Ain't life as a serf grand?

Hard work, Perseverance, grit, talent….what else are they on 🤦🏾♀️
Probably wants to make his mark in 100
Alysha OnlyFans Newman shouldn't represent Canada.

He ran 10.2 😅😅😅
Can't hate unless you run faster
Windy conditions and the track is in poor conditions
No one is hating. It’s not a fast time compared to the other times produced around the world.
Come on. Look at that track.

Still no sub 10, not looking like a medal contender this time around
Not worth it
