After a month of starting this workout (4-5 days a week), I could see the fat melting in the upper body (neck, chest and tummy) and getting toned muscle. Although I only see marginal decrease in the weight, I am happy if I get rid of the fat overall.

That was great, how long before I should start seeing results like abs, I’m 5’8” 175lbs. I can’t seem to melt the layer of fat. I just went from 220 to 175 in about 2months by myself after watching Your ten minute daily routine video. I mean I feel great overall especially being down all that weight. It’s just that I still feel fat cause of the fat that’s still there. It seems like I’m fighting a losing battle. I’ve cut sugar and I eat low calorie and low to now fat. I do eat some carbs with the low cal and sugar, meaning there’s unavoidable carbs in those things. Honestly I’m an electrician not a trainer so I kind of don’t know what I’m doing but I want your body and I’m willing to do the work.

Before I started I was overweight with a fat stubborn belly and fat all around my body from my legs to my arms to my neck have been doing this for 3 months lost 11.5kg and gained 4kg of muscle mass I can feel my abs popping out and after I lose more fat they will show Do this with mewing and chewing gum consistently and your jawline and neck muscles will also improve I feel more confident and better combine with 3 weeks abs training routine Rowan did for faster results Don’t give up don’t stop do it consistently and over time depending on your body fat you will see results
