I can see this being essential for those with compost piles. Plus, general yard clean up jobs.
Hahaha so genuine on "secretly burning things." If anybody that has a lot of land with strict burn ordinance has surely secretly done it and whenever you hear sirens your heart starts racing 😂
Creating a Seed bed is a genius idea for that bucket!
You know it’s spring when neil pulls out the short sleeve
In the Pacific Northwest we have ALOT of potato shaped field stones or river rock. This is great for picking them up from newly tilled fields and pastures or separating out of borrow piles. Sometimes after mowing fields I'm left with wind rows of cut vegetation. This scoops them up pretty easily. Especially after a day of drying.
Love my traditional Virnig 60 in grapple!
I've been very impressed with the quality of construction and the materials. Looks like a great company! I would second the comment below that this would be awesome for loading firewood from a big pile. 👍
R14 vs R4 video on turf mud, etc would be an incredibly helpful for those of us who are about to order! :). There isn’t a ton of info on R14’s at the moment so I’d even just take an “initial R14 impressions” video!
That would be great for sifting rocks out of topsoil! Thanks Neil!!
I never thought I'd need one, until I got one...great attachment
Another benefit of skeleton/rock buckets is firewood moving. It tends to be able to "grab" bucked rounds a little bit easier, straight blade bucket tends to roll and push them around.
Plus bark and chunks fall out.
great for loading split firewood.
You are correct, it would be great for a burn pile. That was the first thing I thought. However, I just use my grapple. I pick up and shake and then drop down.
I bought one of these buckets for my 3310 great buckets works great
We have tons of rocks in our soil and some of the "flower gardens" I want to remove. Been pondering one of these.
You won’t regret it! Great bucket and top notch quality.
That would be perfect for a tigers litter box 😉
I want one for, among other things, sifting rocks from soil. But the 3" spacing is wide. I've tried a neighbor's, which is larger, and nearly all the rocks fall though and other large ones just get wedged between the tines. Looking to outfit a B2650.
The local police? Neil the scofflaw...never would have guessed. 😂
I have a lock of rocky soil. I can use the dirt but not the rocks so this is a good tool.
There are a few vids on y.t. that add a grapple to the top , making the wonderful for timber trash relocating and log handling for firewood processing, they hold rounds and split well also
Looks like it would be great for turning a compost pile
Are you kidding I use mine to push snow this winter it worked perfect . The teeth worked good on breaking ice off the driveway
Hi Neil another handy attachment Thanks
I ordered one should be here soon
Thanks!
Loving it, thanks 😊 Neil
Neil, how about giving us a closer look at the lighting setup and accessories on your tractor.
He has standard lights. That thing he has mounted on top of the ROPS is a bracket for his quick attach canopy which he already did a video on.
I sent your sales a message about this bucket a few weeks ago, never heard back....
email is not always the most reliable. Try 800-222-3373, opt 1, ask for April or Nate.
@@MessicksEquip Given the heavier bucket weight, how would this perform on a L2501. I was thinking about the 54in. What would you recommend?
@@DensityMatrix1 I was using a 54" here and could not come close to overloading it. 60" would be fine.
Found your inquiry Josh. Email sent sir.
might work well for turning mulch piles.
I see you got replacement hybrid tires on your tractor after giving first tires up to TTWT.
Yea, only took 4 months :-)
Will they fit on JD hook and pin
Do they make one with smaller teeth spacing to catch smaller rocks?
No. I'd worry about getting much of anything to drop with smaller spacing.
That would be a good manure bucket!!!
They work not so well for manure. One needs fork tines for that. My rock bucket wont push into a manure pile
Great video! Are you still using your Artillian set of loader implements?
Recently sold them because of inventory shortages at the store.
I'm going to cut the bottom out of an old bucket and put mesh or chain link in it. Cheap rock bucket.
For April 1st 2022 you and Louis Rossmann should trade places for a day.
that's a stretch.
Seems like an add a grapple on the skeleton bucket would be nice too…….
👍 thanks
Love kubota hate the whining of a hydrostatic
Is there a size you can recommend for a bx2380?
48"
@@MessicksEquip thanks for the reply, after I posted that, I googled it and came across your ebay ad for the 48"...I didn't even know you were on ebay...you should mention that in your videos
maybe they can make one model with a solid back side
Not difficult to modify with a piece of plywood.
Would a bolt on, add a grapple work on this?
kinda, they make this bucket as a grapple with the same floor. That would be way cleaner.
Yes,
What is the spacing on the bottom?
3.1” spacing
Lol what's that rear attachment
flail mower
Old video or did you get new tires to replace the ones T carried away? Hah
very unlike me (I usually work ahead) but this was shot late last week. New tires.
I am trying to decide if i should put some teeth on my skeleton bucket or cut out sections between the slats. It has straight edge, totally a PITA. Dumb design.
Tractor needs hyd fluid
I don’t really think you made a good case for that type of bucket!
It's not for everyone. I try to get some balance, not just the sales pitch.
I cant wait for electric tractors, hydrostatic drive is one of the worst sounds in the world haha
these things cost so much for what they are.
More steel and more welding in these than a regular bucket. More steel and welds equal higher cost
