Hey everyone! This video was published before Xiphos Moonlight was released, so here's some quick input on it: Xiphos is a great weapon choice for Kazuha. If you find yourself in an awkward in-between scenario with Kazuha's ER stats, e.g. you have several ER substats such that you don't want to swap to an ER weapon, but not quite enough to smoothly pull off your rotations, then Xiphos is an option that allows more ER comfort without drastically changing your build. At least, with the addition of Xiphos, we now have a better range of weapons for Kazuha.
If I have 141% er with sub-states, do I need to still use an Er weapon on him?

@@iperomoyt9880I think you're ok at 159%. Keep trying it out and you'll probably find that your rotations are fine

I don't really want Kazuha, but I think he'd make a good combo w my characters which is the only reason why I'm going for him. tbh I was going for Ayaka, but lost 50/50 to Diluc lol so I thought maybe going for Kazuha rn would be a good choice since he's guaranteed rn.
I think it should also be noted that people should not be afraid of using a 4 star EM VV Goblet. Given how difficult good goblets can be to come by, simply getting an EM VV goblet can open up the off set spot to a piece with subs to easily make up for the EM loss. Using a 4 star Goblet, I can hit 160% ER with still almost 900 EM (using Iron Sting)

I've been doing that for forever but with a circlet lol. Never got the 5-star & moved on to min/maxing other characters
I'm still use purple artifact on my Venti & Raiden.
Venti need EM Goblet & Raiden's Electro Goblet substat is so good, CrRate, Crdmg, ER and I don't have the better replacement.
This comment made me look through my artifacts and find I had 2 5 star EM Goblets (off piece) and a 4 star EM VV Sands
So I changed it from

Just know long term you'll eventually want to switch Kazuha to a second Iron Sting. No rush though & although billits seem super rare I promise you eventually you'll have more than enough.
Got a freedom sworn build with 834em and 197.1er. I'm pretty happy with this and I'll likely find another home for Favonius Sword easier than Freedom Sworn which is pretty specific

@@oatmealpdf4052 extreme luck. I have farmed VV domain since I heard about Kazuha's rerun. 3 months or so. My current VV set stats with fav sword are 791 EM & 206 ER. I could use more EM on a feather, I got 2 min rolls. I can't wait to pull Inazuma Wind Boy!
@@oatmealpdf4052 i have 1000+ EM and 175 ER running a full EM build (and i mean full EM, no ER weapon). The damage increase over people using fav weapons is significant, especially his personal damage. Looking forward to trying my luck on getting freedomsworn, but if I don't get it, not a big deal.
Iron Sting is king.
I use Fav sword+triple EM and i have around 800 EM and 170 ER.
i gave freedom sworn to Kuki
she deals around 121k damage with her entire 13s E 19k overload per tick. not including the base damage.
With High refinement, even Amenoma Kageuchi can be really good for energy recharge. Even more with C1 Kazuha, which would make it possible to have the max stack of the weapon everytime you burst. At R5 that's a possible 36 energy regen, without any particle.
This is what I am going for rn.
In the Abyss we cannot use three times E before the first Burst, in most cases we could use it only once, so with Amenoma Kageuchi Kazuha’s ER would have to be tuned assuming 1 stack from Amenoma (what we get on first rotation). This is 12 Energy at R5 and is really bad compared to what Favonius or Sacrificial provide.
@@ShepardCommander I have simply explained why Amenoma Kageuchi is not a good option for energy, I didn’t say anything about the other weapons.
I've never realized how great Fav Sword on Kazuha even though I've been using it for almost a year. His first weapon on my acc was the Iron Sting but when I started to take the abyss seriously, I didn't get his burst up as much as I want to. I then I changed to Fav then I got my first 36*. After that, I have a principle in my abyss teams and that is one or two units must have a fav weapon.
I'm glad that videos like this are now emerging for other people to realize that ER is just a broken stat. A lot of people prioritize Crt and with Kazuha's case, EM. In a proper rotation, you will deal more damage with the sufficient ER.
The cult of Fav will glady accept you with open arms

i have 1001 EM and 175 ER running a full EM build (and i mean full EM, no ER weapon). Farmed quite a bit of VV for Venti, Sucrose, and Kazuha, so I manage to get the best combined EM pieces on him.
The total team damage increase over people using fav weapons is significant, like I mean huge that it makes Fav feel very copium. Looking forward to trying my luck on getting freedomsworn, but if I don't get it, not a big deal. Iron Sting is king if your artifacts aren't trash.

Love that the community is preaching ER weapons for Kazuha more than ever now. I've been coping for the longest time about using Iron Sting on Kazuha despite my rotations in the abyss constantly getting fcked over by his lack of burst uptime, because "I need to get as close to 1000EM as possible". Glad that new Kazuha havers wont have to struggle with that mentality.
I've been on this dilemma right now. i have lvl 90 r1 iron sting for him, and a no user lvl 80 favo sword lying around. I'm running him with Raiden hypercarry team if i got him so im kinda doubting if favo would actually help or be too much for recharging.

@@rin8310 I think considering you already have Raiden for your team together with Kazu, it's likely better to go for the Iron Sting. But if even with your Raiden, your ER generation isn't comfortable, then go for Favonius. Definitely Favonius if you're separating him from Raiden.
Well. KQM TC always been recommending ER% weapon, especially Favonius sword. But beware, people will call you meta slaves.

This is super useful I’ve been stressing on which weapon I should use for him since I’ll be pulling for him in 2.8 and this makes things a lot more clear, most other information I find is just “use this it’s better” but you give specific information and statistics to explain the difference between weapon capabilities and strength

Unironically the best set in the game, ER is so underrated. Once you get a taste of unlimited burst in any team comp you won't go back.
Yes you can craft the perfect ER for every team and battle scenario to maximize DPS but doing that every single time for every different battle and team is such a pain, I used to love doing that but now I'm done. The character that could use fav is using fav, characters that don't use fav run ER sand and I also have a lot of ER substat for characters that run atk sand with around 140-160 ER each

Kazuha in general is very niche, change my mind.
@@Keyshawn13 You do need ER. His burst is the highest part of his dmg since it has, iirc, 6 swirls and his team dps is decent in every team he is in (even bigger if he can trigger chain reactions). While not bursting, but having 165 EM from iron sting will only mean a 6.4% elemental dmg increase lol. And c2 is great for almost every team he is in, it just doesn't matter for freeze and mono elements - and those teams are the ones you will need more ER to get the highest value of his dmg still lol

While I definitely recognize that Favonius Sword is amazing, I wound up going with Iron Sting for my Kazuha because I happened to get ZERO crit rolls on my VV artifacts, and lots of ER instead. Wound up with 169 (nice) ER from substats alone, and a total of 935 EM, with room for a couple upgrades once the new strongbox comes out. I use him on an Ayaka team that doesn't need the additional orbs, so I'm pretty happy.

Yea same, my Kazuha is on 160 er on alt and it works perfectly (although I do run fav on my alt) so on my main since I’ll be c1 him, I’ll be fine with that and I get 1k Em so all round I’m quite happy
yeah, took me a yr to get a full em vv set, iron sting is still probably a better choice if you take into consideration the absolutely horrible artifact drops and rolls for the VV domain...
@@monke-mk5 Haha, fortunately not that long, maybe one or two weeks? The secret is to mentally convince yourself that you actually badly need Maiden Beloved pieces for that C6 Qiqi you're also praying you get on the next banner. If you do it right, you will fool the secret Hoyoverse satelite that can detect your thoughts from orbit in order to more accurately crush your hopes and dreams, and it will start giving you EM mainstat VV pieces instead.
New strongbox? Are they actually updating it? I may have missed something but I didn't really see any QoL changes in the stream or in the few leaks I saw.

Favonius weapons are really really really underrated. I hope people will recognize its value rather than spending money/primos on weapon banners.

I have all of them at level 90, refined them as much as possible. Only thing is I literally never pulled a single favonius sword. Am a bit dissapointed with the title of the video stating that freedom-sworn isn't his best weapon, when the video only covers the opinion that it's not worth to pull for it. Pulled the freedom-sworn after skipping some reruns, and it really is an incredible weapon. I am all for not pushing people to pull on the weapon banner though, much more worth to pull characters early game, also depends on if you want many characters or fewer but stronger characters. Regardless idm that people think freedom-sworn is a waste of primos, you can super easily clear spiral abyss with only 4 star weapons and characters if you've played for long enough. The title really is misinformative though, although ig I shouldn't be too bothered as there's clickbait everywhere these days.

Hi sevy! This was such an interesting and fun video to watch! I’ve been a super casual player since launch, no abyss, and running dps kazuha since I got him last year. Although not efficient, I’ve had a lot of fun hitting big numbers with him. This time around I’ll be pulling for constellation(s?) and with the release of heizou, I’ve been working to switch my build to a full EM one and perhaps start doing abyss now as I work through and optimize all of my characters and weapons. This was super informative and helpful for me as I shift builds, I’m so excited to start using EM kazuha! I’ll also be getting that fav sword out of my inventory finally since I never knew much about it before. Thank you for all these detailed analysis videos, they’re super helpful and easy to understand for someone with a small brain like me hehe. I hope to see more of these kinds of videos from you since they better help understand what and how to do things that are better for your account
One team with 3 favonius users: chongyun, rosaria, kazuha. Add Bennett and the team's bursts are always full even before the cooldown ends.
I mean at that point its just inefficient unless you reallocate a lot of er into damage rolls with your substats. The goal is to reliably get your burst before the cd ends, but if you get your burst waaay earlier than the cd ends then its inefficient and more damage oriented equipment would be reccomended
Although, it would be fun seeing all of the particles so there is that merit

I saw a video you did the other day about the Favonius weapons and using it on Kazuha might've been the best thing I ever decided to use on one of his teams. I could get his burst back after like 1 or two skill uses, it's crazy. And everybody else's burst was up consistently too. It's been a lot of fun!

I was actually planning on running my Amenoma sword on Kazuha. I leveled it up for Ayato but he's not on my team right now, and the passive has enough energy regeneration that I think it can keep his burst up pretty reliably. obviously I have to wait until I get him to test that, but I'm hesitant to take my Fav Sword off of Bennett because that's my only copy. that, and it matches Kazoo really well

People sleep on Anemona Kageuchi for him, but his E is spammable, which triggers Kageuchi's passive, and it helps make up for ER. It can really help to keep his burst up. It also has great ATK, and fashion is 10/10 on him.
I actually use Amenoma for him. But not because of the stats. For me it's a cool looking samurai sword and I want it for him. Good thing it's also quite useful for him too. I got so used to its passive that when I tried the Isshin sword on him, although it also looks cool too, it just didn't feel right.

Great video. The Iron Sting also has one thing going on for it. There are so many other characters that makes use of Sac/Fav sword, and if you're not a person who constantly swaps weapons or keep multiple of Sac/Fav around, then it gets annoying trying to juggle weapons between many supports who uses ER sword. That's why it might be a good idea to slap Iron Sting on Kazuha which almost no one else uses and forget about it forever.
Ever since I used Sacrificial Sword on Kazuha, he has always had it on. I have seen quite a few people tell me to swap to Iron Sting, but I never did for multiple reasons. Double E skill has a lot of utility and CC and it is a LOT of fun. I never found myself having my burst on cooldown with Iron Sting, but with Sac-Sword, I have never had to worry about burst uptime. My last point is a personal opinion but it looks quite a bit like the Blue Rose Sword from Sword Art Online and Kazuha sharing the same JP VA as Eugeo from the show just made me want to put Sac-Sword on Kazuha.
I love Eugeo and am now considering to do the same :D

Sac sword on kazuha is really fun to play.
I managed to get him after 28draws(I was at 26 pity the previous banner)
He's also my second 5star that I got from a banner(I lost to keqing on the itto banner)
His skill+sac sword makes small and medium sized enemies easy to kill.
Although I should probably look for better dps characters,electro-swirl + pyro isn't really a good combo
@@cheeseburger549 Try out the Electro-charge comps, but most peoples thoughts of this reaction is underrated. I tried so hard for Keqing to proving her power with a new artifact "Echoes of an Offering", but I have to point out of Keqing about her first Ascension passive "Thundering Penance" does not have any bonus damages after infusion from pressing E second time of her ES. Team comps of I used for some ways between Kazuha and Keqing are.... Keqing, Yelan, Xingqiu, Kazuha and Keqing, Yelan/Xingqiu, Kazuha, Zhongli. I can't have any slot for Healer and especially Bennett because my Bennett is C6 and he will ruining Keqing's electro power.

I used to use Iron Sting with Kazuha from the day I got him. I even ascended the sword to 80/90. But then I tried Sac Sword on him and HOOO BOIIIII I LOVED IT EVEN MORE 😂 it's just way more comfortable using it for smooth team rotation. Now I only need to find better Flower and Plume for Kazuha bcs none of the substat rolled into elemental mastery.. sad
Do you use Sac Sword R1 or R5? Because I want Kazuha and i have Iron Sting ready for him, but maybe i can do better with Sac Sword. The only problem is i don't have a Sac Sword yet... So i hope R1 Sac Sword is good enough please help 🥺
@@-Nick- hello! I use R1 Sac sword and it still works wonderfully. The passive almost always procs even though it only has 40% chance of it being procced.
If you still don't have Sac Sword, use Iron Sting or Favonius Sword, they're great for Kazuha, too. I wish you good luck on your pulls!

Use what you like, but if you ever struggle or find some content hard Iron Sting will assuredly help you more. The dmg loss is from switching is significant against bosses.

I actually started collecting a second set of Favonius weapons that I am slowly refining to R5. They're such amazing support weapons.
I used Iron sting on my early days om kazuha too then switched to Sac sword with 831EM. Haven't changed his build ever since. Im doing more dps to enemies with swirls
Mine has only 700+ em with sac sword. Is thag alright? With 180 er. My artifact luck sucks...

managed to get 170 ER on my EM VV set, so i'll end up using iron sting, I suppose it would be pretty decent variant (i wanted more crit substats, but it seems to be ok)
I managed to get to 160 ER on just substats with a triple EM build, but alternatively, I only got 2.7% CR, so I’ll be sticking with iron sting for now until I get a good offpiece with EM main and CR substats.

Perfect timing Sevy, I was trying to decide on a weapon for my (future) kazuha! I don't think I'll pull for freedom-sworn since I don't want to risk getting lost prayer instead, and I'd rather pull for thundering pulse for Yoimiya on the second half of 2.8. Now my problem is that my bennett uses my only fav sword, and my qiqi and my xingqiu are already sharing my only sac sword... Thank god I managed to get a full EM VV set with 60%+ ER on the substats already, it should make things that much easier...

Just give him iron sting. It's not a huge decrease running iron sting don't sweat it

absolutely not, fav sword bennett with 300 ER is the way to go. Unless you only use him in pair with Xiangling or Raiden having at least 250 ER and a fav make him able to have 100% uptime without outside help with just one skill/rotation. Having downtime on your bennett is the worst thing that could happen, the dmg buff and healing loss is not worth it, of course you can switch to him to cast his E but that takes time and unless you have DPS build on him which would reduce his healing capability then using him is a big DPS loss (with the exception of pure quick swap team with no on field dps)
You don't want to use your support other than activating their burst or skill and let your DPS have as much fieldtime as they can get away with. There is also a problem of starting a chamber without full burst and you have to battery your Bennett to full which waste sooo much time without fav particle bonus and a lot of ER, you might have to do 2-3 Bennett E without his burst which might took 10-15 seconds because you have to catch the particle so you can't even quickswap.
Overall it is a miserable experience, not recommended. Do yourself a favor by building max ER bennett with fav sword, it is such a huge impact be it for domain, exploration or abyss. The dmg loss is worth it since in exchange you can use Bennett in any team with any character or element without worry ever
To make it simple if you want a balanced build, you should consider sands and circlet when choosong a weapon. EM weapon = ER sands and Vice versa just like you would with Crit rate weapon = Crit Damage Circlet. Reminder, ER is crucial for a smoother rotation and easier set up.

I know my situation with Kazu isn't the same as everyone's, but I mainly use Kazuha in an Electrocharged team (with iron sting r5). This team is usually Kazu, Xingqui, and 2 electro char (probably Beidou and Yae). The Electrocharged team is known to generate particles better than most teams, plus Xingqui generates all the particles he needs himself so Kazuha usually only needs 1-3 elemental skills before his burst is ready.
Using ER weapons isn't a bad idea, but one thing I disagree with is the idea that you might be able to use more offensive artifacts on other members. This can be the case, but isn't if the team you're using has characters that use the Emblem of Severed Fates set (which is like 90% of teams). Having ER on a char using the Emblem set is not only good for energy reasons, but also damage wise, so I dont think adding a Fav sword to your Kazuha can change that (although there are some cases it can).
Imo, just use whatever feels good. I like Iron sting cuz I use Kazuha as a sub-dps but If u use him as support you might prefer one of the other options. Or you might just have freedomsworn which would solve all of your problems XD
having er past the optimal er range on characters using emblem is useless so your wrong about not needing more er
This made me feel so great about my Kazuha. I been running him as a sub-DPS with Favonius since his first banner, and he's been amazing. When it's off cool down, I have 100% up-time on his burst, and I can pop his skill twice while his burst is up without his C1. It's easy to build EM on the artifacts, so you don't really need it on his weapon.

Sacrificial Sword makes Kazuha so much more FUN in the overworld.
His damage boost is already massive with 4-piece VV and passive Elemental Damage bonus.
Not to mention the additional CC utility.

This video legit blew my mind. I already have a lvl 90 iron sting ready for Kazuha but you have really made a good point as to why what you've chosen. I'll have to level up my favonious sword to try this myself when he comes out. I'll be putting him in my Ayaka team and that team already has decent ER but it might not be enough so thank you so much

I took my Iron Sting to R4 back when I got Kazuha. After that I understood how refinements were almost useless.
Fortunately I can still use Iron Sting because my Kazuha with triple EM main stats has 982 EM and 178% ER.

I think Favonius Sword is a great option for Kazuha.
Though with some luck many of the ER substats could be found on the three EM pieces. In that case if one can meet the ER requirement for Kazuha, Freedom Sworn can be a significant upgrade, so this is something to consider when choosing the weapon for him.
Personally my Kazuha uses three EM main stat, despite that he has 982 EM and 178.4% ER. I still use Favonius for comfort, but in my case Freedom Sworn would be a nice upgrade.

Whoa, really great video! I didn't realise how important ER is since there's always that drive to build him with as much EM as possible.
With that being said, where do you think Anemona Kaguechi would rank for him? I know he won't make much use of the ATK% stat, but do you think the passive is a viable alternative to the ER swords considering that you can refine it without much difficulty through farming while the others are locked behind gacha?
Glad you enjoyed! As for Amenoma, since it has an ATK% stat, I would sooner give it to a DPS who can use the ATK and has energy issues, like Ayaka or Ayato. If you don't have the ER weapons I mentioned, an Iron Sting and ER sands/enough ER subs will be just fine :)

Personally my most used sword on Kazuha is Amenoma Kageuchi. It probably needs a few refinements but on Burst it pretty much refills more than half of your energy pool. I use it on both my EM and crit build giving me pretty much 100% uptime.
Im waiting to see the Sumeru craftable's before i start farming his artifacts or making a weapon for him. They might have EM related abilities just like how the Inazuma ones had a lot to do with energy or energy manipulation. So i guess ill wait for the 3.0 to fully build him and just use my sucrose set on him until then.

As a free to play option what do you think of Amenoma Kageuchi ? It's the F2P Katana that allows you to regain energy based on the number of time you used an elemental skill before the burst (max stack is 3). Since in a rotation you at least use your skill two times between bursts the regen is actually kinda good ? I have it at R1 and after using the skill twice I almost have it fully charged which means R2 - R3 should be sufficient Energy cost wise to fully use the burst on cooldown ?
Any opinions on it ? Are the sword's stat / damage too bad for the passive to be considered useful ?
Man I wish they added favonius sword instead of alley flash on the weapon banner, it would've been awesome to be able to get either his best 4 star or his 5 star weapon, also favonius sword is the one sword I don't have :')

Aight, so I did some math and basically Freedom Sworn at R1 should deal ~13.4% more damage per rotation on a Ganyu, Hu Tao, or Ayato team than Favonius sword on average, since a). It increases Kazuha’s personal damage by a lot, and b). It increases team damage in 3 separate ways(atk, elemental dmg bonus, NA/CA dmg bonus). All of these are just way better than the relatively small damage increase from using his burst more

@@joinmeng Just get a Sacrificial Sword, it's literally a free c1. And instantly fixes your energy issue. Kazuha's burst also has an issue of pushing enemies, skill reset is very valuable to group them together again. copium

a) I’m wondering how you’re going to burst off cooldown on a Ganyu melt team without fav or sac sword
b) Idek about Ayato but if you’re using him on a vape or soup team then you’ll need Kazuha’s burst
c) HuTao VV vape doesn’t work without using Kazuha’s burst unless you have Yanfei’s C4 as your pyro application for VV

A). Ok, so this is going to absolutely blow your mind, but to use Ganyu’s burst more often, you’re going to have to…wait for it…JUST BUILD MORE ER ON GANYU!!!! It’s not that hard. The whole point of my comment was that, by sacrificing damage on your main do’s to build more ER, using the Freedom Sworn STILL makes you deal ~13% more damage.
B). You can swirl Hydro and Pyro(and also electro) with only Kazuha’s skill. If you only use him for swirling, then his burst isn’t really that useful, actually.
C). What? No, seriously, please explain. Do you mean that you can only swirl pyro using his burst? I mean, I’ve played Kazuha in Hu Tao vape teams, and I’ve never had any issue swirling without his burst. Are you saying that you can’t double swirl? Because that isn’t true either. Seriously, this one is beyond me
Funny thing is I got his weapon accidentally since I was aiming for the bow. Since I got his weapon I wished for him and I beat my 50/50 (there was 2 days left on his banner) And since then my account ascended to a new form.

For my kazuha, I’ve been using the iron sting on him with an EM built. He’s at c1 since I got him. He only has 115.5% ER. I’ve never ran into a situation where I feel like I lack ER with him. Maybe because he’s at c1 and maybe because the characters I like to pair him with like Bennett, Xiangling, rosaria, xingqiu, diona all have ER above 160%, most are actually at approx 200% ER (Benny, xiangling, xingqiu). And I’ll admit I do use fav spear on xiangling and/or Rosaria. And R2 sac sword on xingqiu. I’ve only recently acquired my first fav sword but at this point I don’t seem to need it as much. (I’m still going to lvl it up slowing with event reward materials.)
I’m not an expert at the math and mechanics of genshin. But what I think is that kazuha feels really good with iron sting and EM built and a team of supports that already have a lot of ER from artifact substats, Emblem artifact, or weapon substat or passive.
He seem to promote much more damage and synergy at higher EM with a team that already has alot of ER and good rotation. If you’re in that kind of scenario then I don’t think you need to switch from iron sting to fav sword or sac sword because ER is not a problem anymore. (Trying to achieve higher damage might be your next goal.)
Unless your trying to build a kazuha for coop and your afraid that your random team might not provide enough ER for you then in which case maybe fav sword or sac sword would help.
After I said all that, I am running a fav sword kazuha on my friend’s account. My friend didn’t build their support well and doesn’t have enough artifacts leveled up because they’re really busy. So when I got time and nothing to do on my account I play on their account like it’s my altern account. In which case I put a ER sword on their Kazuha for better ult up time and better synergy. But dmg does feel like it falls of a little because overall team doesn’t feel strong enough. FYI the dmg I talk about is in terms of how short it takes to clear a domain and not actual numbers.
And another situation where I wouldn’t recommend fav sword or sac sword is when I tried out a weird team for the spiral abyss because I was so bored of the same abyss refresh. I tried a triple anemo team (Benny, kazuha, Jean, and xiao). 🙃

Jade Cutter would still be better by the sheer number of stats it gives
As you won't use triple em he will not be able to do much with a freedom sworn so give him the jade cutter if you build him with crit

Iron Sting is a good choice for low investment Kazuha. I have been using it for a year in Childe International with no issues before Sevy and Zajef converted me to Favonius recently.
By low investment, I mean that you will be relying primarily on Kazuha's E to do his job. Burst is backup. If it's up, it's up. If not, no big deal. Kazuha E is extremely strong effect by itself.
This allows you to settle for whatever ER you have. It allows you to exit VV grind for optimal ER and crit rate rolls much earlier, especially when EM mainstats are so rare to begin with.
Now obviously being able to burst every rotation will increase Kazuha's DPS. But Kazuha is generally not the main damage source in your team, so resin might be diverted elsewhere.
His Burst is not a backup. It's where most of his personal damage comes from. So it's really important to Burst every rotation or else it's a dps loss. If his burst is not important why would Sevy, zajeff, zyoxx, etc would mention it.
@@greyratt9690 I'm saying in a low investment build with not enough ER to burst every rotation (regardless of weapon), burst will necessarily take a back seat and you will be using Kazuha primarily for his buffs and grouping via E, not his team DPS contribution.
What is Kazuha's personal damage as percentage of team DPS, even in an optimal build? Resin is finite, shortcuts can be desirable for some players, especially F2P.
@@greyratt9690 Well, most of Kazuha contribution to the team is resist shredding, CC, and buffing the team. His personal damage is marginal to total team dps. So against bosses it does very little where you get very little energy regen where you would need the Fav sword. Against mobs it does a lot but you need less energy against mobs so you can get by with very little energy regen. Similar situation to Venti where his burst does little to bosses even if they stay inside it and Venti burst has similar scaling to Kazuha burst.
It does change a lot though if you have very good gear on Kazuha where his personal power becomes better. But if it is a low investment Kazuha his burst is not a super big deal especially if his burst is the one doing vape hits. If his burst is doing electro charged or overload it becomes a bigger deal when facing mobs.
Earlier on I think Iron Sting was the superior choice because we had more mobs in the Spiral Abyss. Now that enemies drop less energy Favonius Lance might be a better meta pick while people also have better hear on him to make use of his personal damage better.
This is an excelent video for Kazuha. Love how you made a very good point on the Freedom Sworn vs. Favonius Sword. I don't have an VV EM sands so I'm gonna use him with Iron Sting and ER sands for now. But as soon as I get one EM sands, I'm gonna switch to Favonius. This is very good content. Keep it up!

sting is still leagues better. his ult is weak compared to what he gives your party with ele bonus. some characters i swap their elemental goblet for atk because kaz is going to give them 40% anyways. almost a free goblet worth and a massive atk boost
@@quint2568 his ult is the reason he can pull ahead of Sucrose a lot of times. It makes double swirling way easier and helps with elemental auras and triggering reactions.
