@ekg5515 the skyrider, it worked fine, but the fav is definitely better. He really benefits from ER weapons, which makes Skyward Blade his best 5 star. Another 4 star option is the sac sword, which isn't his BiS, but it works. His cooldown is too short to actually take advantage of it tho

6:21 funny enough when xiphos’ moonlight came out along with wandering evenstar and Nilou’s signature weapon I decided to pull on the banner just for the 4 star sword and catalyst. Well I spent 20 pulls, got what I wanted and got nilou’s signature weapon on top of that. That’s the second luckiest I’ve ever been.
I have two favonius polearms and bows level 90 since they are so broken and can be run on so many characters on both sides of the abyss. There are so many bow and polearm supports who don't do damage but can help the team with energy solely based on the effect of these weapons. They are broken because no even 5 star weapons can beat those benefits and are a god send to f2p/new players.

I mean... you are getting short of summons. I always preferred to use those coins for more characteres/constellations or even better pulls, and just accept the lower crit or use better artifacts/crit 3 star weapons

Glad he changed it at the last second for sac sword to be in game changer. I think it legit changed my game because I could easily get xingqius burst up ALL the time, not to mention his skill is incredibly strong.
Homeboy, King's Squire is not a CA bow. It is a Skill and Burst focused bow for ATK scaling characters who want EM as well and don't spend a lot of time on-field, like Collei, FIschl, or Tighnari. In addition, Alley Hunter gives a *damage* bonus, not an ATK bonus, meaning that Yelan can absolutely use it without issue, even though her scaling is HP based. Also, Kagotsurube Isshin is at least a strictly better Flute. Dragonspine Spear doesn't "do cryo or something" it does additional damage on enemies affected by cryo. I tuned out after Lithic spear.
I know its just 4 stars but new players could look at this video and build prototype amber instead of TTDS, if you are new to genshin just use thrilling tales of dragon slayers, it's a 3 stars weapon that is Best weapon for any catalyst support
I mean in reality as good as it is most players who aren't at relatively easy 36 star abyss skill level don't take advantage of TTDS buff without realizing it most the time due to not being aware of CD timing. I'd say it's over recommended if anything.
Protype Amber is a very good weapon on a more established account but still ok for newer players. It is a fantastic tool you can pull out when needed. I sometimes use it over 5 star weapons on certain characters. It can be great on Nahida for example when you do not have a healer on the team. A Nahida with PA is a better support than a dedicated dendro healer with a good weapon. It can be good on a new account if you can not afford to build a dedicated healer too. Basically make a healer on demand for any catalyst user. Especially if you can spam the burst. It is pretty good on Lisa too as it is hard to make TTDS work on her early on since she is bad at generating energy and you want to use her burst which PA helps with.
Prototype Amber is great for comfort drafting, and that's probably the more relevant consideration for non-expert level players. I actually crafted two R5 so that I could have them on both sides of Abyss if needed (Nahida/Sucrose/Mona), and will probably make a third for Baizhu just so I don't have to keep swapping it off him since he's bogarting one all the time now.

Yep, if we're talking about physical dmg dealers, then it sky rockets the whole chart. It helped my eula beat any enemy easily, plus the R5 for it is free.
Niche should have been its own tier. Cinnabar, prototype bow, whiteblind, and rust are all niche. The inazuma spear can also be called niche if it only works with thoma. Other weapons can probably also get stuffed into a seperate niche tier. Niche can be strong or mid, restricting it to only mid makes no sense.
Hakushin Ring in Mid Tier feels criminal. Like, it's definitely a bit short compared to TTDS, but it's great for Aggravate/Taser teams. And more importantly, it is for sure better than sonething like Rainslasher

Hakuson ring now has a use sine the buff to electro charge and if you have ororum even more of a buff so characters like heizou can use it and do really well as a driver for electro charge

Sac weapons are better than Fav. weapons in many cases. You get the extra energy from both but Fav requires crits and the supports who can afford not running a damage weapon won't have that crit. I would put them to A or S tier at most.
Sac requires more field time and refinements. Supports are generally less stat hungry, so are actually prime candidates for being able to divert 1-2 rolls per artifact into crit rate. This will happen naturally in the course of upgrading test pieces, as the starting stats you want are only ER, crit rate, and bonus stat, and some of those will roll "wrong" into crit rate.
@@phoenixlau At 40% CR from substats which is a lot for a support and generally a waste of resin and fodder to reach when you could have stopped immediately with the right main stat (ER need is covered by the weapon already in most cases), Fav has 60%*0.4=24% chance to trigger while Sac has 40%. Sac's advantage also grows with refinements (40% to 80% is double chance while 60% to 100 is only 1.66 times the base value) while being batter even at R1. I agree on the field time though. Fav can get the advantage if you swap to the unit more often and can trigger it twice in a rotation however, but that also depends on the elements and amount of particles from skill uses.
So true. Especially early game. The artifacts there are so shit that you can only dream to get at least the set bonus you need not even right pieces... with right stats even worse rip bozo. My Diona had favge. Now she's wearing ceremonial bow. My Xinqou is better of with ceremonial because my atrifacts are THAT bad on him even after 5 month of game. Like why would i grind for support this much if my main DPS needs good artefacts??? The only one's who's wearing favonius are Kazuha (only because his EM pieces are so rare that i got ton of good flowers and feathers with additional crit rate while grinding), Bennet was (but switched to craftable from Sumeru), Layla (i have nothing better so favge is great). Favonius codex for Lisa is great but she is the only one that needs it this much. Nahida, Kokomi, Sucrose prefer ceremonial. Maybe even Barbruh if you have no cons and are desperate... The only exception is spear. There is only favonius, no ceremonial. So it is best.

As an obsessed Tartaglia main Rust is overrated on him. His main source of damage comes from his Melee stance charged attacks and by using this weapon your overall reducing his DPS by a considerable amount, if you're using him on International your better off with Stringless, Hamayumi or Blackcliff. Also putting every single Fav in a higher tier is based, that weapon set is so busted lol.
King's squire is not a charge attack weapon... I think you're mistaking it for the ibis pircer. King's squire is a support/em-buffing weapon. and just for that it should be A tier at least.
You are right and wrong. First, yes is not a CA weapon this is Irbis Piercer. Second is wrong, the effect of Kings Squire is not a team buff. The Kings Sqiuire gives only the user 60-120 EM when using E or Q, when switching out the buff disappears and it deals 100-200% Physical DMG to an opponent (20sec cooldown). Since EM buff cannot be snapshotted, the passive only works on onfield DPS like Tighnari, Ganyu or Childe but these have better options even on other F2P bows. Eakes' explanation of the effect was wrong, but the low placement is justified, because the Bow is dog water
@@krummesblech yes, but snapshotting skill or burst like Fischl or collei works well with this weapon. And yeah I mistook it for other sumeru weapons that drops a leaf for buff. Sometimes it's hard to build fischl with em and this solves that problem. 140 em at r5 is quite good. Like for my alt for example, I can't seem to get stringless and amos is the only 5* bow I have, which I'm not even using on tighnari because slingshot and Ibis piercer does more damage than amos. all i'm saying is, it's really hard to get an Em bow.
@@Angelcity1345 Yeah Kings is ok on Tighnari, but Irbis or Slingshot is better, so why waste materials xD If you don't have Stringless for Fischl and use her in Aggrevate I can at least recommend Slingshot as a cheap option. EM for Aggrevate Fischl is good but best is to stack as much crit as possible as that increases overall damage, EM just a piece of the pie. Unfortunately, all craftable bows are for onfield DPS with atk scaling , it's a real shame
Little thing, rust is not that good on childe as he will usually deal so much damage with burst and the n2c combo (normal attack twice then charged attack) that stringless is 10x better.
The brig grin I got for being a lucky Ayaka mistsplitter player 😁 I splurged to get her after I lost my 50/50 and got an early, so I decided to just try the weapon banner - got her sword on the first 10 pull 😏
Hot take: sac weapons (beside sac frag) are overrated. Cooldown on it is too long and it’s unreliable to the point where it’s barely usable before R3 if not before R5. Sac frag is good but only because on characters you’d use it primarily for its high EM substat and is almost never to address ER needs with passive like with every other sac weapon.
I have my hypercarries use 3 star weapons, Cyno with the White Tassle, Childe with the Slingshot, Nahida(Magic Guide, shes not really even a carry), ... Oh wait
Ok I have to take this list w a grain of salt bc crescent pike should 100% be in B tier. I also think that Amenoma Kageuchi and Festering Desire should be switched but maybe that’s bc I don’t have Ayaka so it just doesn’t have as much use to me.

Proto Amber is my personal favorite. I run it on either Sucrose or Nahida, it frees the healer slot for those characters
Blackcliff spear is what I used on Xiao before i got him Staff of Homa. I'd rather spend Starglitter on it than actual money on Deathmatch.

My R3 sacrificial claymore helped my Diluc help me clear the first 8 floors of abyss and clear the first 2-3 countries with ease..
Kitain is actually pretty solid especially on xiangling and Rosaria it's not as good dragonsbane though. plus the energy helps alot.
It is also Cyno's best f2p weapon

The Bell can actually work on Noelle as it's ability works with ANY shield. She can almost have a constant shield with geo crystal shields.
Oathsworn Eye is pretty great on Ningguang. Decent stats and let's her pretty much spam her Burst on Cooldown.
Sac Greatsword = Kaveh 3x procs bloom..
Katsuragikiri = Dori, she can still do skill - burst because of her fast animation..

I like to use Alley Hunter on Kujou Sara, Just because of the high base atk and her E+Burst if you have C2 is quick enough to not lose the buff

Favonius codex for Lisa is great but she is the only one that needs it this much.
Nahida, Kokomi, Sucrose prefer ceremonial. Maybe even Barbruh if you have no cons and are desperate...
The only exception is spear. There is only favonius, no ceremonial. So it is best.

king’s squire is not a charged attack bow. it’s for elemental skill and burst i use it on collei
As an obsessed Tartaglia main Rust is overrated on him. His main source of damage comes from his Melee stance charged attacks and by using this weapon your overall reducing his DPS by a considerable amount, if you're using him on International your better off with Stringless, Hamayumi or Blackcliff.
Also putting every single Fav in a higher tier is based, that weapon set is so busted lol.
King's squire is not a charge attack weapon... I think you're mistaking it for the ibis pircer. King's squire is a support/em-buffing weapon. and just for that it should be A tier at least.
You are right and wrong.
First, yes is not a CA weapon this is Irbis Piercer.
Second is wrong, the effect of Kings Squire is not a team buff.
The Kings Sqiuire gives only the user 60-120 EM when using E or Q, when switching out the buff disappears and it deals 100-200% Physical DMG to an opponent (20sec cooldown).
Since EM buff cannot be snapshotted, the passive only works on onfield DPS like Tighnari, Ganyu or Childe but these have better options even on other F2P bows.
Eakes' explanation of the effect was wrong, but the low placement is justified, because the Bow is dog water
@@krummesblech yes, but snapshotting skill or burst like Fischl or collei works well with this weapon. And yeah I mistook it for other sumeru weapons that drops a leaf for buff. Sometimes it's hard to build fischl with em and this solves that problem. 140 em at r5 is quite good. Like for my alt for example, I can't seem to get stringless and amos is the only 5* bow I have, which I'm not even using on tighnari because slingshot and Ibis piercer does more damage than amos. all i'm saying is, it's really hard to get an Em bow.

If you don't have Stringless for Fischl and use her in Aggrevate I can at least recommend Slingshot as a cheap option.
EM for Aggrevate Fischl is good but best is to stack as much crit as possible as that increases overall damage, EM just a piece of the pie.
Unfortunately, all craftable bows are for onfield DPS with atk scaling , it's a real shame

Little thing, rust is not that good on childe as he will usually deal so much damage with burst and the n2c combo (normal attack twice then charged attack) that stringless is 10x better.

Hot take: sac weapons (beside sac frag) are overrated.
Cooldown on it is too long and it’s unreliable to the point where it’s barely usable before R3 if not before R5.
Sac frag is good but only because on characters you’d use it primarily for its high EM substat and is almost never to address ER needs with passive like with every other sac weapon.
