For real, like, one thing is to force players to need the book materials but atleast the option to farm EXP in world would be nice to save resources, but Gacha is nothing if not predatory so...

Regarding why Electro Hypostasis and other elite enemies were removed from the ascension quests ( 22:39 ): I believe, MiHoYo saw the statistics 📊 of how many attempts were a failure for the players. Of course, they didn’t know, that there are so many GI Challenges going on 😂😂😂 Well, I‘m glad I reached WL8 with Electro Hypostasises. Once it really changed y mind to ascend the WL, and I was later so thankful for that decision

This is truly a showcase of the power of meta knowledge. Your lvl 1s were sometimes doing more damage and getting better results than my lvl 60 characters before Inazuma (which forced me to learn about reactions and artifacts properly lol).

1:20 if you go far enough away from the enemies and use the skill and burst when you’re prompted to you can push the slimes into the water without fighting them. may come in handy for other challenges
I beat Childe with my characters at level 35 (he was 47), all talents at level one, and with level 1 2-3star artifacts. Hell, on my first try, I was level 28-30, I still made it to the third phase with all my characters still alive on my first try and I went in completely blind. It was brutal but hellaciously fun. On side note: When I first got Rosaria, i took her out for a spin without levelling her or giving her artifacts (I think I gave her a decent spear). I was still able to use her to solo mobs close to level 30 no problem. Suffice to say, Rosaria is now my main DPS, I just enjoy her moveset so much.
yup! had no idea artifacts could be lvled up until arlvl 35 or so. to say i was upset was an understatement. i kept complaining to my friends ab how little damage i did despite having alhaitham AND kamisato. they asked ab artifacts and talents and i was just like yeah thats done already but had no idea they could be leveled up. what a fucking game changer
omg the amount of patience this man has is insane ( that, or lack of a life outside of genshin ) but anyway that was by far the most entertaining challenge I have seen. The commentary and editing really spiced things up so I'll come back for the last 3 minutes once I have completed Act 5 of Sumeru :D

You can actually keep lisa, kaeya and traveller on lvl 1 Lisa & Kaeya: skip the trigger that gives you the character for the domain Traveller: dont open chests or kill any enemies at the start (though they might be levelled as they carry through the quests) So you could easily get a couple more sacrifices with that, hope this helps if you decide to do this challenge again

fatui shields are different from normal shields. electro fatui shields can be broken with cryo, and hydro fatui shields can be broken with electro. the rest is normal, and i don’t know if there is some lore behind why they are like this, but that’s simply how it is
the part of the dainsleif quest “find traces of the abyss order” is like the hardest time i ever had in genshin 😭😭 that and the transport balloon for getting into inazuma…bring back bad memories 💀💀

When i started Genshin I struggled with the fight in the dainsleif quest SO MUCH Fortunately i found out u can kill them one by one by killing one, leaving, healing, and coming back. Because they stay dead once killed XD

I feel like this challenge is going to be very difficult not because of the fact that the characters are level one but the fact that the characters now essentially have a durability bar. Since you gain exp from fighting enemies I feel like it is impossible to stop them from leveling up to 2 especially in the higher ars when enemies give you more exp. So this challenge is like playing genshin with level 1 chrs and having a certain amount of uses with them. O_O All I can say is good luck to you sir
It's amazing what happens to this game when you take attack power out of the equation and have to respect/exploit the mechanics of the game. Suddenly, fringe characters become fundamental cogs in tailor-made strategies to tackle specific challenges.
The timer may give audience an illusion that you only spent 50+ hr to complete, but you actually took months to record the gameplay (given that you experience through multiple exclusive char banner and events). Kudos to your work! instant subscribe to your channel!

When i started Genshin I struggled with the fight in the dainsleif quest SO MUCH Fortunately i found out u can kill them one by one by killing one, leaving, healing, and coming back. Because they stay dead once killed XD

I feel like this challenge is going to be very difficult not because of the fact that the characters are level one but the fact that the characters now essentially have a durability bar. Since you gain exp from fighting enemies I feel like it is impossible to stop them from leveling up to 2 especially in the higher ars when enemies give you more exp. So this challenge is like playing genshin with level 1 chrs and having a certain amount of uses with them. O_O All I can say is good luck to you sir
