I usually like to test the limit's of games and plan out attempted escapes from the baby jail that is open world games, and there were more then a dozen times paimon attempted and successfully murdered me. So relatable, and quite sad that This, is the game i sunk more then two thousand hour's on...
He nailed so many early game memes spot on xD and the glitch editing on the gender mixing was A tear lol. Had to rewatch quite a few of these parts for personal enjoyment lol. And always nice to see THE FlyntofRWBY having similar interests

Whats really funny is Paimon actually did knock me off a cliff in a similar fashion. It was by Storm Terrors lair while I was anemonculous hunting. Went by that portion of red that touches the edge of a cliff and she staright up said, "No no, not that way, THIS way!" Forced me off a cliff and everything. Clutched opening up my glider at the time thankfully.
First time that happened to me was before I got the glider, or a second character, because I was exploring every hill and every nook. Paimon is evil. Paimon will remain as emergency food.

The consistency of humor in this is unreal. The Traveler briefly switching genders at random points, Paimon and the archons TOTALLY not being evil and the near perfect VA imitation is awesome.

1:35 funny thing is that klee in-game can't even trigger melt with frozen enemies because her attacks are considered heavy and for some reason counts that first before the pyro damage and gives shatter instead.
I got Klee when she came out first and i didn't even know this. I'll check and see if it's true. It's true that her attacks are considered heavy attacks which is why she's able to farm ores.

Not really. You don't need perfect artifacts to play Genshin. In fact, you don't even need to go to the Spiral Abyss. For a set you actually have to farm, 2 good stats is enough.
The lore in this game is literally: Ganyu killed a monster by being dummy thicc or war crimes, inhuman experiments and genocide There is no in-between...

It's crazy how much _specific_ detail you put into these little summaries. And it's really small stuff like that poster having a broken hitbox and Paimon deciding to kill you if you go out of bounds (and the fact that Zach streams the game often). So amazing to see you cover this game!

Hearing this is the end of the "So this is Basically" series prompted me to finally go watch Epithet Erased and I feel kinda dumb for sleeping on it for so long. Very enjoyable series that I've been shoving in all my friend's faces as well, singing its praises.
That fact that amber (from what I saw) posted up ONE POSTOR at the top of a very tall tower Edit: Paimon literally pushing Lumine off the cliff, makes sense cause in a side quest, Paimon was literally ready to just betray us to become all powerful and just play all day!
I m just so impressed how you were able to fit in almost every single thing of genshin from unreleased characters to lore to everythingg, its so wonderfully done and really captures genshin's essence and troubles lol, this was the best STIB to end on thank you so much ! I have been watching you for years so this was a great gift to leave the series on, and take care !
This actually happens, smaller character can fit some places but medium and talls cannot so you cannot switch. The first time it occurred to me is in the Emblem Domain with Diona where i cants swap to Ayaka. The most common way to redo it is with Nahida in the Scara weekly boss domain, you can get stuck in the robot at phase 1 as Nahida if you hug the robot.
the "its pronounced leeway" with an entirely incorrect pronunciation of 璃月 (liyue) really did it for me lol definitely touches on many reasons I stopped playing aside from occasionally checking out new areas. Sad to see this is the last "so this is basically," as I love this series, but I hope all goes well with future projects!

I really do appriciate the fact that this isn't just endlessly shitting on Genshin, seeing as a LOT of comedy channels love to do that. And the jokes at it's expense make a lot of sense, and aren't just comparisons to a hack and slash released in 2011 based off of a stealth game franchise made in the 80s. I hope your future projects are just as, if not more successful than the STIB series. Especially Epithet Erased.
Oh my god, as someone who’s been playing Genshin for a year I absolutely love this. It perfectly incapsulates the game, poking fun at it while still giving it some respect. Plus, there wasn’t the usual “hAhA, gEnShIn PlAyErS aRe AtTrAcTeD tO kIdS aNd NeEd To ToUcH gRaSs” that most things tend to do, so that’s amazing.
Ha, right though! Getting tired of the "touch grass" jokes like...guys, this is getting old. But yeah, as a big fan of Genshin myself, I can say that it is still quite entertaining to hear Jello roast it, along with the other things I love XD (Paimon's "long live the king" thing though, that one got me so hard)

Genuinely compelling and interesting story about a tragic lost civilization that doesn’t involve any playable characters: no voice acting. These npcs from 40 hours ago are getting married and somehow ayato is involved: an audiobook’s worth of who gives a shit recorded dialogue.
I mean those are the two heads of the two commissions possibly uniting and creating an instability in the already unstable Inazuman government apparatus. Ayato is directly involved as hes the head of the third commission. I do agree with the first point that they could at least voice each "major" world quest line. Then again they could also finally give voice lines to the Travellers beyond "ah" "hngh" and "ugh".

I love how Genshin's ambient music is sometimes somber enough to make you tear up at times then some of the character's dialogue just portrays them as complete goofballs.

I’m really hoping this coming to an end makes room for some of the other crazy video ideas Jello has had. Like that Price is Right video! I know that there was a lot of uncut items on Patreon and everything but that show had so much potential to be expanded upon. Item categories, lots more witty banter, guest stars! It feels like a pipe dream but I really hope we get a sequel to it someday. Either way Jello I’m so excited to see what comes next!
@@Local_Venti_Fan To be fair, the welkin is cheap compared to actually buying the primos directly. You buy two welkin, sets you back about $10, and you have close to half of a 100 pulls. And that's just welkin primos alone. Whereas you drop $100 on the game and you might just barely make 100 pulls, not even guaranteeing you a character. I was the same way until I found myself having so much fun with the game that I justified buying a welkin and battle pass monthly since it felt worth it for the fun I was having. The extra primos / goodies also help tip the scales too.

Whats really funny is Paimon actually did knock me off a cliff in a similar fashion. It was by Storm Terrors lair while I was anemonculous hunting. Went by that portion of red that touches the edge of a cliff and she staright up said, "No no, not that way, THIS way!" Forced me off a cliff and everything. Clutched opening up my glider at the time thankfully.
First time that happened to me was before I got the glider, or a second character, because I was exploring every hill and every nook.

Hearing this is the end of the "So this is Basically" series prompted me to finally go watch Epithet Erased and I feel kinda dumb for sleeping on it for so long. Very enjoyable series that I've been shoving in all my friend's faces as well, singing its praises.

This actually happens, smaller character can fit some places but medium and talls cannot so you cannot switch. The first time it occurred to me is in the Emblem Domain with Diona where i cants swap to Ayaka.
The most common way to redo it is with Nahida in the Scara weekly boss domain, you can get stuck in the robot at phase 1 as Nahida if you hug the robot.

A bit of a shame that this is the last STIB, but man, is this an amazing one to end off with. I really do appriciate the fact that this isn't just endlessly shitting on Genshin, seeing as a LOT of comedy channels love to do that. And the jokes at it's expense make a lot of sense, and aren't just comparisons to a hack and slash released in 2011 based off of a stealth game franchise made in the 80s.

I do agree with the first point that they could at least voice each "major" world quest line.
Then again they could also finally give voice lines to the Travellers beyond "ah" "hngh" and "ugh".

I love how Genshin's ambient music is sometimes somber enough to make you tear up at times
then some of the character's dialogue just portrays them as complete goofballs.
Reminds me of the recent archon quest. It’s very somber and the characters are assuming they’re gunna die trapped…..then itto says he has a “tough butt”
It kind of does matter which twin you choose, Lumine has better agility meaning she can deal more damage a minute
I’m really hoping this coming to an end makes room for some of the other crazy video ideas Jello has had. Like that Price is Right video! I know that there was a lot of uncut items on Patreon and everything but that show had so much potential to be expanded upon. Item categories, lots more witty banter, guest stars! It feels like a pipe dream but I really hope we get a sequel to it someday. Either way Jello I’m so excited to see what comes next!
That's absolutely one of the best videos I've ever made but it was honestly EXTREMELY unfun to edit down, which is why I haven't made any more.

@@Local_Venti_Fan To be fair, the welkin is cheap compared to actually buying the primos directly. You buy two welkin, sets you back about $10, and you have close to half of a 100 pulls. And that's just welkin primos alone. Whereas you drop $100 on the game and you might just barely make 100 pulls, not even guaranteeing you a character. I was the same way until I found myself having so much fun with the game that I justified buying a welkin and battle pass monthly since it felt worth it for the fun I was having. The extra primos / goodies also help tip the scales too.

All of the “So This is Basically” series are super accurate and amazing, the illustrations for them always seem to do them justice.
