Kevin is an absolute animal, one of the most unique drummers in extreme metal. I've been a fan of his for years, can't wait to see what's next for him.
@@frederf69 I take it you are not a drummer and this is a genuine question. otherwise, you are someone else's fanboy and are deliberately blind to what a monster Kevin is :) In case of the former, here is what I think what makes him unique: He is able to hit certain speeds (with single strokes, but also with other techniques) for a long, uninterrupted period. He also does this during an entire live set. As a drummer of my own, that in itself is just insane. Only a handful of drummers on this planet can do that. Secondly, the creativity he adds to many of those crazy fast parts - but not exclusively - makes it really fun to listen to, and makes it even harder playing wise.

@@djabthrash noone seems to get benighted's view here. Kevin seems to have ambitions and might leave the band at any time If he has the opportunity. You cant plan this way. Im quite sure they discussed this and ended in good terms with kevin.
