Diavolo paid them a really small amount compared to what he was keeping and he even refused to give them their own territory so that's why they decided to overthrow him.
at 2:09, you can see Cioccolata and Secco dark shadow doing the torture killing, while in the manga, the "real killer" of Sorbet was never revealed, Sorbet's body just turned up and the reader was led to believe that "the boss" kills and cut Sorbet by himself. this scene is a nice touch to add on to the anime considering Cioccolata and Secco are both mentally sick who will do something like this. where as Diavolo character might be evil, but he isn't a sadist. this scene alone adds more sense to the story.

Well, the bullets did pierce the ice, but not deep enough. The first time Ghyakko got hit with the metal spike it didn't damage him, but it was Mista's and Giorno's constant barrage of hits that ended up carving the spike into his neck
The way bruno reacts to seeing Prosciutto dead breaks my heart so deeply, is like they known each other from before. same thing goes with the reaction of risotto hearing the boss speaking about how humillating it would be to die in front of bucciarati, i kinda feel he goes even more enraged against diavolo for trying to manipulate him into thinking bucciarati would look down on him for dying, it feels like an insult, and risotto knows it very well. It really pains me to think that they knew each other before and had to kill each other in such a ruthless way.
Prosciutto and Bruno had just had a knuckle-dragger of a fight, and Prosciutto went from holding Buccellati in his contempt to realizing he'd make an amazing capo. Unfortunately, fate dictated they had to fight.

I feel like a lot of people don't understand the point of Diavolo's and Risotto's behaviors in this fight. Risotto was not being cocky by just constantly damaging Doppio instead of killing him, he was trying to torture him so he would start talking about the Boss's identity because he thought Doppio was his utmost trusted subordinate. If Diavolo would overtake Doppio's body to fight Risotto he'd just give up his identity and then Nero would camouflage and run away and then wait for a better opportunity to kill him.

Fugo was originally supposed to be a traitor to Bucciaratis group (confirmed), but Araki changed the plot point to Fugo staying bc the idea of Fugo betraying made Araki very sad. But it's interesting because Fugo's stand's disease is somewhat similar to Cioccolata's, and Ciocc. vs Giorno happens *right* before the final battles. Idk if I believe it but it is super cool to imagine such a big scale battle between Giorno and Fugo; two of the smartest characters in Jojo's

Really Diavolo got the worst ending out of any villain in JoJo. Karz might have gotten lost in space, DIO might have exploded from the inside out, Kira might have gotten sent to god knows where, Pucci might have gotten a full on reset just like everyone else who died in part 6, Valentine might have gotten trapped in a single spot throughout all of space time, But Diavolo’s fate is worse than any kind of hell the others might have been sent to when they died.

La Sqaudra has a lot of brutal deaths. Pesci had his neck broken and turned into pieces. Illuso went out rotting due to the Purple Haze's virus. Ghaccio's neck was impaled. Man, some of these deaths are something you would see in Final Destination.

And Araki said that Mista is one of his favourite characters . Even the minor villains in Part 5 , like Prosciutto and Risotto , were unique and interesting and had a genuine bond between them

If la Squadra had lived/succeeded in killing the boss and Giorno became the new boss, then Giorno could still get rid of the drugs, all he has to do is give la Squadra a bigger paycheck and respect them.
When I first watched the series, I was too dumb to not care about other characters, only focusing on bucci's squad. I rewatched it, and realized, they have so much potential, like, they could've team up with Bucciarati. Heartbreaking.
To be honest I think it's kind of sad to see these bad guys die... For some reason I think they're much more noble than the bad guys in the other seasons...
DavidPro did a great job in making La Squadra seem more human compared to a lot of jojo villains. Really hoping they'll do that for some of Part 6's minor villains too
The only ounce of logic to make sense of that comparison could be that Giorno, having made an antivenom of Purple Haze's toxin, could've given the snake the toxin as venom, and that Doppio could be holding the scissor wound in his neck closed. But Dopod would still be dead from literally vomiting up nails and razor blades, which would've so heavily lacerated his throat that he would've probably been near to drowning on his own blood before losing consciousness due to iron deficiency and blood loss.

I love how much respect Diavolo has for Risotto at the end. He offered him a choice of death at his hands with honour, or let Bruno's team finish him off, and he went out on his own terms. He knew at that point there were no other options and went for a last-ditch effort of taking him down with him. Obviously, it didn't work, since king crimson busted, but he acknowledges that he went down with honour. Where ever La Squadra is now, I'm sure they took pride in Risotto's actions and were probably glad to see him again.

It really pains me to think that they knew each other before and had to kill each other in such a ruthless way.

I feel like a lot of people don't understand the point of Diavolo's and Risotto's behaviors in this fight. Risotto was not being cocky by just constantly damaging Doppio instead of killing him, he was trying to torture him so he would start talking about the Boss's identity because he thought Doppio was his utmost trusted subordinate. If Diavolo would overtake Doppio's body to fight Risotto he'd just give up his identity and then Nero would camouflage and run away and then wait for a better opportunity to kill him.

But it's interesting because Fugo's stand's disease is somewhat similar to Cioccolata's, and Ciocc. vs Giorno happens *right* before the final battles. Idk if I believe it but it is super cool to imagine such a big scale battle between Giorno and Fugo; two of the smartest characters in Jojo's

When I first watched the series, I was too dumb to not care about other characters, only focusing on bucci's squad. I rewatched it, and realized, they have so much potential, like, they could've team up with Bucciarati. Heartbreaking.
To be honest I think it's kind of sad to see these bad guys die... For some reason I think they're much more noble than the bad guys in the other seasons...
DavidPro did a great job in making La Squadra seem more human compared to a lot of jojo villains. Really hoping they'll do that for some of Part 6's minor villains too

The only ounce of logic to make sense of that comparison could be that Giorno, having made an antivenom of Purple Haze's toxin, could've given the snake the toxin as venom, and that Doppio could be holding the scissor wound in his neck closed. But Dopod would still be dead from literally vomiting up nails and razor blades, which would've so heavily lacerated his throat that he would've probably been near to drowning on his own blood before losing consciousness due to iron deficiency and blood loss.

La squadra alone could defeat diavolo (alone) with ease , but a team vs team would be pretty difficult , though white album completely destroys crush , and mitm could just bring Carne to the mirror world , even if he died , B.I.G still would be in the mirror world , risotto could kill secco from inside

I love how much respect Diavolo has for Risotto at the end. He offered him a choice of death at his hands with honour, or let Bruno's team finish him off, and he went out on his own terms. He knew at that point there were no other options and went for a last-ditch effort of taking him down with him. Obviously, it didn't work, since king crimson busted, but he acknowledges that he went down with honour.
Where ever La Squadra is now, I'm sure they took pride in Risotto's actions and were probably glad to see him again.
Yeah but that was a dumb move on Diavolo's part, because if the boss ran and let Bruno's team come then he could have told them the bosses name (well doppio isn't the bosses name but its good enough)
