I did the same thing. Bought a home that required room for guests. So stupid. Guests rarely came. I decided with my next home it was for my family. Guests can get a hotel. Lol
Ticking all the boxes does not the ideal house make. Somehow K and P envision beyond the wishlist -- and are often right about what will make the couple truly happy.
The feeling has to be right but you should not forget practicabillity. Having children in this harsh climate all alone outside of a village means driving means cost's and time. But I would have done the same! The setting and the potential is great.
I don't have children and personally abhor open plan layouts, I would have pounced on the house overlooking the church. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and in the center of town too.
Helen wants Brian to be more involved in his family - and the second baby isn't even born yet. She actually looks lonely to me. Brian wants what he wants, and family involvement isn't so high in his priorities. Physically, he's living with his family; mentally, he's halfway elsewhere. I wonder if these two are still together.
You know these videos are not the originals. Pirated??? Or they have to wait a period of time before the videos become available for free reviewing, without being sued.
@@libbysevicke-jones3160 you know that they have unloaded some newer episodes already. Since this show is a RUclips success we cannot know the specific agreement.
Honestly, I think he’s a typical man, wants a deal, wants to do work and thinks with their head and not their heart. He’s actually not that different from the other guy. He’s just more cold and rigid.
He hasn't bought into what it means to have a family. No, strike that - he doesn't even understand what having children entails. There is a reason that practically the first thing Helen says is that she wants Brian to be more available, but I don't think he has the capacity. He just doesn't seem to have much to give.
Every single house in Poland has a fence all around it. It's normal in many parts of the world. It was normal where I grew up in the US (California). The only place I ever was that didn't have fences was either row houses right on the pavement with no space in front of the house or some (to me weird) areas in the American south where it was impossible to know what was your property and what was someone else's because all the back and front yards just were this huge open space. I asked relatives how they knew what their yard was, and they more or less could wave toward the property lines, but you had no privacy at all - just this huge swathe of open grass and a few bushes. Bizarre to me. Most people want their private property PRIVATE, and I don't blame them. Knowing that nobody can walk right up to your front door or windows without being buzzed through the gate gives me a sense of security and privacy that I value.

yep, exactly this
I wonder why?
I'm so sorry for Helen. I really wish her and her family all the best.
So happy for Scott and Kirsten. It's good for Brian and Helen to be closer to family. Helen came across as so lonely.

True, l found the same problem. However l rented the rooms out and paid off the mortgage instead.

I don't mind, it's an honest representation.. reality is not every house is Prime time, but may offer the opportunity to transform and add value
Love the show but, please upload some newer episodes as well.
Unfortunately, I know that episode 😢

There is something about that Bryan.

Ugh, those awful fences around the houses

The interiors of so many of these places are just awful.
