I wish you can bring back either Jesse Punch or someone on during the non commentary parts cuz without that it would just it be boring hearing the sounds of the cars even though the sounds of the cars are cool I only like it when they're on oval tracks I'm only asking that's all
Gracias y abrazos NASCAR.
When's the last time that car won a road course? (or anything?) I only watch on yt because I have no need for that 2 hours of rain delay filler, and at least here I can skim/skip it. Great race.
I just think that these drivers are the best, and you drive within the limits, I'm sure people would rather watch them drive slow and careful than keep flagging, if these drivers and cars cannot handle the rain, then they are going to fast, at the end of the day only the best will win.
Genuinely curious how much police have to clear and secure the area before they start setting up the race and how much police patrol around the area during the Chicago race. So much dumbassery goes on in Chicago that there HAS to be extra precautions in place.
Grant Park closes every night at 11, or the Park District or CPD arrests you for trespassing. That’s how, as it’s not a 24-hour park, as none of them are in Chicago. As for the security, there’s three perimeter fence lines, so good luck getting in if you don’t have a pass. This is common with events like the marathon and Lolla. Not sure why you think this is a big deal. Events like these have been going on for decades at this location with professional, experienced setup and breakdown staff knowing what to do.
An interesting fact about this race:
Joey Hand, in the Stage 60 RFK car, won the 60th scheduled Stage of the 2024 Season.
"I'm no meteorologist, but that's a puddle" lol
Great job Alex !
Been rooting for you all year, Awesome
Cool.. Jordan back in Chicago.
I can imagine the noise echoing off hi-rise buildings that city must've been loud with the cars rumbling
They had mufflers. I didn’t even need earplugs, as the vibration being close was more disorientating.
NBC Had 11 Onboard Cameras 😳
8th career win Alex bowman
Alex bowman win Chicago street race
@@elijahwhite3313you said the same thing twice
Yes
I did it!
At least with SVG and Larson out it made the race more interesting
What a tough race for C🔔 Should have been a top 10 finish at least!

Only SVG Has The Balls To pass In The Wet On Slick Tires 💯
If you can’t make a corner at 80 do it at 60 ?
60. I think start your ignitions and Have Fun !

Last year, rain, this year, rain and next year will it be rainy again or sunshine?
You miss the 12 hours of sunshine on Saturday for the Xfinity race?
@@cwshawk nope. But next year for the NASCAR Cup Series could be rain or shine.
A very interesting race
Such a fun race, such a shame about the rain. Third times the charm??
ngl I preferred the Kwik Trip 250 this by a big margin
My Prediction is Shane Van Gisbergen Wins at Watkins Glen in Nascar Cup Series after Crash in rain weather was over.
Gisbergen has a high chance at winning any road course or street circuit so that’s a no brainer prediction if you know his stats
More surprises, SVG got beat at Watkins Glen by Chris Buescher of RFK Racing.
Agreed, everyone has to race in the same conditions.
I say let them go .
*Just add water⚠⚠⚠
These stock car circuit races are so exciting, but why upload a 4 hour race with 2 1/2 hours of weather interruptions.
was that sukuna on the mcdonalds car?
yes

Ah hell yeah. Heres the cup Race
idk if it’s just bc i’m from chicago but this look like the everyday racing they not even going fast
i challenge any of them a race down lsd any night in my durango
Thouse nascar drivers
They are
They are kinda hungry

Red flagging a race for two whole hours because of some rain is insane, can't believe people still watch modern racing.
Watching a bunch of grown men in pads wrestle each other for balls 🏈 I can’t believe people watch football
@@Celestial_Being666 I like watching football but a great come back 😂😂
From my pov, at least nascar is trying to implement wet weather racing, maybe in a couple of years they will be there
Bro thinks stock cars weigh as much as open-wheelers or prototypes
red flagging a race because they literally cant see? seems pretty damn reasonable to me.

As someone from chicago. There wasn’t much going on. This city is used to mass large events, and it’s not as bad as you think
i was there, chicago gets bad rep even though its just small parts that are "bad" there was no drama or anything going on, perfectly safe
Dude!! I was at the race and was at the track all weekend and was downtown hanging out at night. Chicago is cool as hell!!
