Wish I'd caught the live show. I had exactly the same reaction as you to watching Vic & Bob live, my face ached and my chest was hurting from laughing so hard 😂
reminds me of the time me and my mate got called in front of the head master for laughing in class. Whilst being given a strict dressing down the slightest glimpse of my mate had us both in stiches...3 attempts later he told us to piss off...
is it sad that after 25 years myself and my friends still quote this show word for word? The "arse" thing was always funny, and Bob Flemming, but Arthur Atkins "How queer" was the one we used most, along with his other catchphrase, "where's me washbowl?"
Pro actor here and no judgment ..Paul is looking to make Charlie laugh, cos it makes him laugh...When you are acting wiv mates it's just par for the course ..that's what really makes me belly laugh every time...Charlie doing his best to act and direct at the same time having to deal with Mr 'We will get there but fuck mate, life's too short, let's have a giggle'... All well and good, but the crew get all the hassle..re set take 46 etc..
@@dirkvantroyen9170 Ahhh, I thought he was claiming that's something Michael Caine does. I've seen Ruddy Hell, but not this series, so not familiar with these characters.
@@user-qjvqfjv It's an awesome series, must watch :) Keep an open mind though, it's British humour. I'm Belgian and pretty much caught on quickly, but we see a lot of British humour here. So yeah, give it a try.
This video should be given out via the NHS to relieve depression
'Just give us the last couple of arses and we will press on', genuinely hilarious.
Those extras in the background are nothing short of professionals.
I was going to leave almost the same message, but you beat me to it!!!!
@@davidlee2624 Same
Ditto
Small earpieces listening to Miranda Hart. 😐
Their probably very very drunk! by now
Paul Whitehouse's impersonation of Michael Caine is brilliant.
It was actually worth waiting for!
Paul is a legend. He looks like a chap you run into working in a warehouse, but he has the talent and range of multiple of A-list actors together.
Yea he was ARSE !! brilliant
we saw the live fast show..never laughed so much in my life...my face was sore for hours...pissed meself....thats got it !!!
Wish I'd caught the live show. I had exactly the same reaction as you to watching Vic & Bob live, my face ached and my chest was hurting from laughing so hard 😂
This is not the best thing to watch with broken ribs. Literally laughing till I cried. 😖😂
Trying to get to the Maltesers..... 😬!
Bring BACK the Fast Show 2020. :)
Paul Whitehouse is one if the best character actors I have ever seen. He can play almost anything.
It's the 'arse' off camera at 6:50 that gets me
I imagine Bob Fleming is having a particularly tough time during this Coronavirus pandemic 🙈
Hasn't coughed once!
He sadly died from Covid when a building collapsed on him.
@@g-1west455 Ouch
@@g-1west455 That is comedy gold!!!
I watched this yesterday at work while making a cup of tea and most of it ended up in my lap ,thanks.
Comedy genius! Haven't laughed so much for years!
Bob Fleming..LEGEND 😆😆😆
Charlie & Paul are Absolutely Hilarious! Makes me laugh out laud every time I watch. x
Imagine working on that set.... pure comedy
6:54 and the little "Arse!" from the background. Superb 🤣🤣
Simondo81 that describes Paul Whitehouse aptly 😂
The Arse in the background was brilliant 😆
Absolutely superb, i really hope they do another Fast show.
Probably the funniest thing I've ever seen on YT.
How did they get anything done? It must have taken forever, just brilliant.
Literally crying laughing....ARSE! 😂
Funnier than the final edit by miles! Spitting my tea out here!
On the floor and on my arse!!! Just comedy gold
They are so hilarious, don't know how they ever keep their faces straight long enough to film these sketches😂😂😂😂😂
Bob Fleming's finest hour was shotgun maintenance.
Fucking in tears🤣🤣🤣 never get old these will
"And for you, sir?" Is a great example of the straight man having one of the funniest lines.
''Hello Batman, welcome home'' LOL
I don't even know what this is about but I can't stop laughing... I like how one said 'we're professionals' lol
I don't know how they made it. It's impossible to not laugh at Bob Fleming's cough. ARSE!
Just in tears
reminds me of the time me and my mate got called in front of the head master for laughing in class. Whilst being given a strict dressing down the slightest glimpse of my mate had us both in stiches...3 attempts later he told us to piss off...
Rhys Thomas as the waiter! Funny the things you notice two or three decades on 😄
Brilliant just brilliant 😂😂
Genius they are!!
He couldn't stop laughing, I think he might have been very, very drunk.
*Snake-snake! Poisonous monkehhh!*
"And for you, sir?"...😂😅😂
paul whitehouse somehow predicting Michael would play Alfred years down the line
Much as I loved The Fast Show this was the funniest thing I've ever seen from that programme!
Fantastic
Great stuff.
Just brilliant
Saw them live last week for the 30th Anniversary tour.
I'm surprised they managed to get through the day let alone a single take.
Absolute gold ☺😀😁😂😃😂😄😂
Historical fact: This was the inspiration behind The Trip.
This is gold ! Arse !
Funniest thing I've ever seen! Genius meets genius.
That couple in the background.
The Ipcress Arse sounds terrifying.
Brilliant
OMG !!! CHARLIE AND PAUL fXXXXG HILARIOUS !!!!!
My favourite Bob Flemming sketch was Badger Watch UK.
How did they ever get one episode together yet alone a series!!!! Arse!
😃😅😄
That killed me 😂😂😂
Reminds me my grandad from Leeds
Fucking hilarious
I giggled so much I peed mi pants 😂😂😂
6:30 For a moment, I thought they were making their pitch on "Dragons' Den" here.
First time I heard of Rhys Thomas was on down the line. Didn't realize he'd been in the fast show
@ never heard of star stories. Will have to check it out
how did they ever get anything to record :D
Paul sounds as if he's doing a frog impression at 0:38.
A version of the trip
Except Coogan and Brydon's Caines look rubbish next to Whitehouse's version
Don't know how they get that crap done... I couldn't do it.
I just wanna hear the ARSING impersonation!
is it sad that after 25 years myself and my friends still quote this show word for word? The "arse" thing was always funny, and Bob Flemming, but Arthur Atkins "How queer" was the one we used most, along with his other catchphrase, "where's me washbowl?"
Alexandra Starr photography you ain't seen me... right?
Competitive Dad was funny too, the fishing trip being hilarious to watch!!!
Wasn't it "Washboard"? :)
Indeed it was, i always said washbowl though lol
Alexandra Starr photography can't even get a catchphrase right...... Tut tut

Arse-cress file..... Great film, Arse.....Thats got it.
😂😂👀👀👍👍👏👏👌👌🥂🥂❤❤😁😁
Fecking Brilliant! Arse!!
Is it me or did paul whitehouse predict michael caine would play alfred in the batman movies ?
nettils the fast show was early 90s not 2011 ??
I think this was the online special that aired in 2011.
ARSE....😂👍
I'm pissing me self , is this where they got father jack from
Nice one! It's quite possible that Jed and Fr Jack are related. Graham Linehan, who created Father Ted, also wrote for The Fast Show.

Wait...did they preempt Caine being batmans butler by like 10 years?
Yeah they did lol wtf.

Never occurred to me before that he’s got Tourette’s.
I'm American. Can someone explain why yelling "ARSE, ARSE, ARSE" is an impression of Michael Caine?
It's not. It's just part of Jed's tic, and Paul uses it through his Michael Caine impersonations.
